The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) will pilot Open Book Examinations (OBE) for Classes 9 and 11 only. While the board had approved introducing OBEs for all secondary classes (9 to 12) in December 2023, it has decided not to include Classes 10 and 12 in the 2024-25 pilot program. The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has published the CBSE Class 10 and 12 board exam schedule for 2025 on its official website, cbse.gov.in. The exam timetable is available in a single PDF file for easy access. This year, the schedule was released earlier than the previous year, allowing students more time to plan and prepare for their final examinations. Candidates are encouraged to start their preparations in accordance with the announced dates.

The Central Board of Secondary Education released the public notice regarding the single girl child scholarship scheme on November 22, 2024. The board invites online applications from eligible students for fresh candidates and renewal candidates.
Eligibility

The board announced the CBSE exam dates 2025 for theory on November 20, 2024. The CBSE class 10th exam will be held from February 15 to March 18, 2025, whereas the CBSE class 12th exam will be conducted from February 15 to April 4, 2025. Candidates can access the CBSE 10th date sheet and the CBSE 12th date sheet from the official website at cbse.gov.in. As now the CBSE date sheet released by the board, candidates should start preparing for the practical as well as theory exams by following the CBSE syllabus 2025 and CBSE questions papers. Students can follow the CBSE 10th syllabus and the CBSE 12th syllabus, respectively, based on their classes.
The board conducts the CBSE practical examination 2025 for schools separately. The CBSE practical exam for winter-bound schools started on November 5, 2024, and concluded on December 5, 2024, whereas the practical exams for all other CBSE-affiliated schools will start on January 1, 2025.
Recent rumors about a 15% reduction in the CBSE syllabus for Classes 10 and 12 2025 have been circulating on various news platforms and social media pages. However, the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has officially debunked this claim by issuing a disclaimer. The board clarified that no such syllabus reduction has been announced. If you have uploaded screenshot of your 12th board result taken from CBSE official website,there won,t be a problem with that.If the screenshot that you have uploaded is clear and legible. It should display your name, roll number, marks obtained, and any other relevant details in a readable forma.ALSO, the screenshot clearly show it is from the official CBSE results portal.
