These Chapters and high weightage are asked repeatedly in the previous year's paper. Focussing on these chapters will help boost the marks.
Revise the short notes, NCERT Questions, and other reference materials that help cover all the basic points included in the repeated topics.
For subjects like Physics, Chemistry, Math, and Accountancy, focus on formulas, equations, and numerical problems. Write these down separately for quick access. And make sure to analyze the units, and derivatives on a regular basis.
Practice diagram-based questions carefully. Focus on labelling and markings (arrow in case of circuit diagrams and optics)
Try to memorize definitions, relations, and mnemonics with the help of examples.
Spend this week solving the CBSE Class 12 previous year question papers for each subject and the new CBSE Class 12 sample papers 2024-25. Collections of such papers provide a good understanding of the structure of the exam, the kinds of questions that are asked or are likely to be asked, as well as the areas of study most often included in the tests.
When solving, it is recommended to do it in the same manner as during an exam. Try doing the paper with no breaks since this will help you train your mind to concentrate for longer hours.

It should display your name, roll number, marks obtained, and any other relevant details in a readable forma.ALSO, the screenshot clearly show it is from the official CBSE results portal.
