1. CBSE Class 12 Result 2020 through Online Result Portal
This is the most common and preferred method to check the class 12 CBSE result 2020. In this, students need to visit CBSE 12th result window and enter details as asked to access their result. Here are the steps to check 12th Class CBSE result:
First of all, visit the official website (cbseresults.nic.in).
It will open the home page of CBSE result portal. Click on the link that says “Senior Secondary (Class XII) Result 2020”.
It will lead to CBSE class 12 result login window.
Enter the Roll number, School number, Centre number and admit card ID in appropriate fields.
Click on the “Submit” button. CBSE result 2020 class 12 will open on the screen.
Take a printout or screenshot of the same and keep it safe for further references.

2. CBSE Result class 12 via SMS
To check result via SMS students will have to follow the following steps:
Create a SMS in this format: cbse12 <rollno> <sch no> <center no>.
Now send this message to a number: 7738299899.
CBSE class 12 result is sent as an SMS on the same number.
3. Interactive Voice Response System (IVRS) to Check Result
This is the easiest and most loved method to hear CBSE result for class 12 by calling on a specified number given below:

4. Use DigiLocker or UMANG Application to access CBSE Class 12 Result 2020
The board provides digital mark sheets through DigiLocker and UMANG mobile application.
Login credentials are sent to students via SMS on their registered mobile number.
Students can access their CBSE 12th result by logging in to any of the aforementioned applications.
5. CBSE Class 12 Result via Google
After the announcement of CBSE 12th result, Google search engine also provides the same on its result page for a short time. Students can follow the given steps to check Class 12 result via Google:
Visit google home page: www.google.com.
Type “CBSE 12th Result 2020” in the search box and submit it.
It will open the CBSE result window on its result page.
Enter details as asked and click on the submit button.
The result for entered credentials will be shown on the screen.
Apart from the aforementioned methods, Schools under the Delhi Region can collect the results from the office of the respective Zonal office of Deputy Director of Education by confirming the time with them.

CBSE provides the facility of verification and re-evaluation to provide transparency. After result, some students may think that they did not secure marks as per their performance in the exam. Such students can apply for verification and Re-evaluation of the result.
The link for verification is opened after one or two days of CBSE class 12 result declaration.
Students will have to apply online by paying a fee of Rs. 500 per subject.
The result after verification of marks will be provided in online mode and in offline mode too if marks are changed due to verification.
Only, students who applied for verification of marks are eligible to apply for obtaining a photocopy of their evaluated answer script(s).
They can apply for this online in the third week of May 2020.
For this, they will have to pay processing charges i.e. Rs. 700 per subject.
The photocopy of evaluated answer script is provided to through candidate login account.
Only, those who applied for the photocopy of answer script can apply for re-evaluation for any question(s).
Applications for re-evaluation are accepted in online mode only for the theory portion only.
Students will have to pay Rs. 100 per question as processing charges.
CBSE 12th result after re-evaluation will be communicated in online mode as well as through a letter by speed post.
Decrease or increase of one or more mark will be effected and no further applications will be accepted for review.
Application: Students who are unable to clear an exam can apply for compartment exam. Applications for this exam is accepted in online mode by Paying Rs. 200 per subject (For All India students). This is the second chance provided to students by CBSE to save their one year of academic study. So one should prepare well for the exam and practise with CBSE class 12 question papers to ace the exam.
Exam: CBSE class 12 compartment exam will be held in the first week of July 2020 and admit cards are made available online in the third week of June.
Result: The board releases CBSE 12th result for compartment exam in the third week of July. Students can check their CBSE compartment result online by entering the required credentials.
Points for Grades
Students can calculate their CGPA of CBSE 12th result by following the given method:
Add the grade points of all the subjects.
Now divide it with the total number of subject.
For example, if your Grade points are = 7, 8, 9, 7, 10, then your total CGPA would be = (7+8+9+7+10)/5 = 8.2.
Students can calculate their overall percentage from their CGPA scores by following the given steps:
Calculation of overall percentage = CGPA X 9.5
For example, if your CGPA is 8.2 then the overall percentage is 8.2*9.5 = 77.9%
After passing class 12th, students will go for higher studies: Graduation or Diploma courses.
Admissions to various colleges and universities for undergraduate courses will open immediately after the declaration of CBSE class 12 result.

In the verification, the marks will be verified only along with the total. Whereas re-evaluation is a different thing in which the answers are re-checked by a teacher to check if the marks given to a question, need to be changed or not.

If you are a regular scholar then no need to worry your college will arrange the things at your own college.
If you are a private student then CBSE will make a centre in your city for your practicals. You will get the information in notifications.
