    Tamil Nadu Board Class 9 Science Syllabus 2026-27: The Tamil Nadu State Council of Educational Research and Training has made regular revisions to the Samacheer Kalvi Tamil Nadu Board Class 9 Science syllabus, resulting in the most recent edition. The Tamil Nadu Board (Samacheer Kalvi) Class 9 Science syllabus is comprehensive, covering topics from Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and Computer Science. The Tamil Nadu Board follows a Trimester System, where the chapters are distributed across three terms for term-end assessments. The TN Class 9 Term I chapters are 1, 2, 3 (Light), 4, 5, 6 (Plant Physiology), 7 (Animal Kingdom), 8, and 9 (Computer – An Introduction). Tamil Nadu 9th Science Term II chapters 7 (Heat), 4, 5, 12, 13, 14, 18, 20, and 26; and Term III chapters 3 (Fluids), 8, 9, 15, 16, 24, 23, 22, and 27.
