Students should know the JNVST Class 6 eligibility criteria and ensure that they are fulfilling them. If NVS finds any student ineligible for JNVST admission 2024-25 Class 6, then his/her application will be rejected.
Students can apply for Navodaya Class 6 admission 2024-25 at the JNVs located in their district.
A student must not have been born before May 1, 2013, and after July 31, 2015 (both dates are inclusive).
He/she must be studying in Class 5 during the academic year 2024-25 in a recognized school to apply for Navodaya Vidyalaya admission 2024-25 class 6.
The candidate who has not been promoted and admitted to class V before July 31, 2024, is not eligible to apply.
A student applying for Navodaya admission 2024-25 Class 6 in rural quota must have studied and passed Class 3rd, 4th, and 5th from a recognized school located in a rural area.
Candidates passing the ‘B’ certificate competency course of NIOS on or before September 15, 2024, are eligible for the admission test provided, they are in the prescribed age group

JNV entrance exam 2024 Class 6 exam pattern will give insight into the number of questions asked in each topic, marks awarded and the duration of the Navodaya 6th class admission test.
NVS Class 6 admission 2024-25 will be conducted for a duration of 2 hours from 11:30 am to 1:30 pm. Additional 40 minutes will be given to '“Divyang students or differently-abled students'.
There is no negative marking.
There will be 03 sections in the question paper containing 80 questions for 100 marks in total.

Students for NVS Class 6 Admission 2024-25 will be selected based on their performance in the JNVST 2024-25. Students appearing for the NVS admission test must be aware of the Navodaya Syllabus for the 6th Class. The syllabus of the JNVST Class 6 admission test contains the important topics asked in the test.
There will be 3 sections - Mental Ability Test (MAT), Arithmetic Test (AT), and language test.
The topics covered in MAT are figure matching, analogy odd man out, embedded figure, and pattern completion among others.
The topics asked from Mathematics are LCM/HCF, number and numeric systems, decimals, fractional numbers, etc.
A total of 20 questions will be asked in the Language Test Section. The questions will be related to grammar and writing skills.
Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti will release the JNVST Class 6 admit card 2024-25 online. Students should have their JNVST registration number and password details to download the JNVST Class 6 admit card. The admit card is an important document to appear for the JNVST Class 6 Admission 2024-25 test.
Candidates have to appear for the nvs 6th admission test at the allotted examination centre. The details of the same will be mentioned on the admit card. No candidate will be allowed to sit in any other centre. Candidates have to bring their admit card else they will not be allowed to appear in the Navodaya 6th class admission test without it.
The result of the Navodaya 6th class admission exam is expected to be announced in February 2025, tentatively. Students will be able to access their JNV result 2024-25 for Class 6 from the official website, navodaya.gov.in.
JNV result 2024-25 Class 6 will be released in the form of region-wise merit lists and through the login window as well. Students will have to enter their roll number in order to access Jawahar Navodaya result 2024-25.
