The Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti (NVS) conducted the JNV Selection Test for Class 11 on February 8, 2025. The NVS 11th results are expected to be released in May/June 2025. Earlier, the JNV class 11th admit card was released on January 9, 2025. Candidates can download it from the official websites, navodaya.gov.in and cbseitms.nic.in. Eligibility for NVS Class 11 (LEST) Admission

To apply for admission to NVS Class 11, candidates are required to fulfil the following criteria:

• Admissions are offered only to the vacant seats in JNVs during the academic year 2024-25.
• The candidate must study Class 10 during the 2024-25 academic session from a recognized school affiliated with CBSE or any other state board.
• Students who have already passed Class 10 in a previous academic session before 2024-25 are not eligible.
• The candidate must be studying in a school located in the same district where the Jawahar Navodaya is situated.
• Candidate must be born between June 1, 2008, and July 31, 2010.
• Only Indian nationals studying currently in Class 10 in India are eligible to apply.

How to apply for NVS Class 11 Admission

Candidates are required to follow the below-mentioned instructions to submit the admission form for Class 11:

• Step 1: Interested students can visit the NVS application portal, navodaya.gov.in.
• Step 2: Candidates must read the prospectus carefully and ensure that they meet the eligibility criteria.
• Step 3: Keep the scanned copies of photographs, parents’ signature, and candidate’s signature in JPG format ready for upload.
• Step 4: Fill in the required details like state, district of residence and study, Aadhaar number, etc. accurately.
• Step 5: Candidates are allowed to opt for a maximum of 2 streams in order of preference and choose up to 3 JNVs per stream. Streams offered are Science, Commerce, Humanities and Vocational.
• Step 6: After that, submit the form online along with the scanned copy of the photograph and signatures.
• Step 7: Candidates can approach the nearest JNV for assistance if needed. Make sure to use the correct information since submitted data will be considered final.
• Step 8: A 2-day correction window will be provided after the last date of submission.
• Step 9: Verification of residence, age, category certificates etc. will be done for selected students before the confirmation of admission.

Navodaya Class 11 Exam Pattern

• The selection test will be of two and half hour duration from 11 am to 1:30 pm.
• There will be 5 sections with only objective-type questions.
• The question paper will be bilingual (English and Hindi).
• Only one mark will be given for every correct answer.
• There will be no negative marking.
• As per government regulations, “Divyang students” will be granted an extra duration of 50 minutes.

• Step 3: After that, click on “Download the admit card for registered candidates for Class 11 LEST 2024”.

• Step 4: On the next page, “Download admit card” will appear. Click on it, log in to your ID and download the admit card.

Navodaya Result 2024-25 for Class 11

The result of the Navodaya Class 11 admission test is expected to be announced in May/June 2025. Candidates will be able to view their results through the same application portal that they used for registration.
