The Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya Selection Test (JNVST) Class 6 for the academic session 2026-27 will be held on the 13th of December, 2026. Hello,
Navodaya Vidyalaya admission for Class 9 (session 2025-26) is through the Lateral Entry Selection Test (LEST) . The online application form was available from July 30, 2025 to October 21, 2025 on the official website of NVS.
There is no application fee . Students studying in Class 8 during 2025-26 in a recognised school and belonging to the district where the JNV is located are eligible to apply.
The selection test will be held on 7th February 2026 . The exam will be of 2 hours 30 minutes duration with questions from English, Hindi, Mathematics and Science for a total of 100 marks.
