The National Institute of Open School (NIOS) provides the facility of NIOS 12th result 2024 rechecking. Any student who is not satisfied with their 12th NIOS exam result can apply for the rechecking process. The re-evaluation application can be submitted within 15 days after the results. • Go to the “Examination/Result” section and click on “Rechecking/ Re-evaluation”.

• Enter the required login credentials.

• On the next page, opt for the “Apply for Rechecking/Re-evaluation” of the result and choose the subject.

• After that, pay the required application fee and submit the form.

Can My marks be changed in NIOS 12th Result Rechecking/ Revaluation 2024?

The NIOS 12th re-evaluation result 2024 will be announced within a few weeks. Below, we have provided the cases in which the NIOS result for class 12 will be changed or stay the same after the rechecking process.

• In case after the re-evaluation of the 12th NIOS result, the mark increase is less than 5% then the original marks will not be changed until or unless it changes the pass/fail status of the student.

• If the mark increase is more than 5% then new marks will be awarded to the students.

• If the marks obtained on re-evaluation are less than the original marks, then the original marks will not be changed by the board.
