NTSE Maharashtra 2024 Exam Pattern

NTSE 2024 examination is a two-level process. SCERT conducts the stage 1 exam at the state level and NCERT conducts the stage 2 exam at the national level. NTSE exam pattern 2024 is explained below:

  • NTSE Maharashtra stage 1 question paper comprises two sections- MAT and SAT.
  • It could be attempted either in English language or Hindi language.
  • Every right answer is marked with 1 mark.
  • No negative marking for wrong answers.
  • 240 minutes is the total time allotted for stage 1 exam.
  • MAT (Mental Ability Test)- Questions are put up from analogies, classification, coding-decoding, pattern analysis, problem-solving, series, hidden figures etc. This section aims to test a candidates ability to think, ability to view and analyze, ability to evaluate and reasoning skills.
