Ujjval World School, Bangalore, Celebrates World Mental Health Day by arranging a unique and entertaining session for the teachers headed by their counsellor, Liva Pattnaik. The goal was to help the teachers relieve stress and encourage them to try new things. The programme included a variety of participatory exercises that inspired the teachers to use their people skills, gave them a place to unwind, and equipped them to tackle new tasks with a fresh sense of enthusiasm.

Ujjval World School, Bangalore, students recently celebrated World Heart Day to spread awareness for a healthy heart. The school students took on the task of educating people about the significance of a healthy heart due to the growing worry about an exponential growth in severe cardiac disorders among young people. They arranged themselves into the shape of a human heart, holding signs and messages emphasising various ways to protect one's heart from an early age.
