The Central Board of Secondary Education will release the CBSE Compartment exam dates for Classes 10 and 12 in the last week of June 2025. The board announced that the CBSE compartment exam 2025 for Class 10 and 12 will be held from July 15, 2025. Class 12 all subject exams will be held on July 15 only, whereas Class 10 exams will be held on various dates.

The CBSE compartment exam date sheet 2025 PDF is expected to be released in June 2025. The official date sheet will be available on both the CBSE website and this page. Students are required to appear only for the subjects in which they have failed, not for all subjects.
Students who do not score the minimum passing marks in one or more subjects are eligible to appear for the CBSE compartment exams. They could fill the CBSE compartment exam form 2025 from May 30 to June 17, 2025, without any late fees.

The CBSE Compartment Exams 2025 for Classes 10 and 12 are scheduled to be conducted from July 15, 2025. These CBSE compartment exams provide an opportunity for students who did not pass in one or two subjects during the main examinations to improve their scores without losing an academic year.

How to Download CBSE Compartment Exam Time Table 2025?
Students will be able to download the CBSE 10, 12 supplementary timetable 2025 through the official website. Below are some simple steps to download the CBSE compartment exam date 2025 PDF.
Go to the compartment exam cbse.gov.in.
Click on the ‘Main Website’ option.
Look in the ‘Latest @ CBSE’ section, and click on the CBSE compartment Time Table 2025’ link.
The CBSE supplementary date sheet 2025 PDF will open in the next window.
Download the CBSE compartment date sheet and save it for future reference.
Eligibility of CBSE Compartment Exams 2025
The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) offers compartment examinations for students who do not pass one or two subjects in their Class 10 or Class 12 board exams. This provides an opportunity to clear failed subjects without repeating the entire academic year. CBSE will announce the dates for the 2025 compartment exams for both classes after the regular results are declared.
Number of Attempts Allowed for CBSE Supplementary Exams
CBSE permits up to three attempts to clear the CBSE compartment examination:
First Attempt: Conducted in July/August immediately after the main board exam results.
Second Attempt: Held in March/April of the following year.
Third Attempt: Conducted in July/August of the same year as the second attempt.

Previous CBSE Supplementary Dates: Get an Idea for this year
Last year, the CBSE conducted the Class 12 Compartment Examination in a single day on July 15, 2024. The Class 10 Compartment Examinations were held from July 15 to July 22, 2024. A total of 1,22,170 students were placed in the Class 12 compartment category. For Class 10, 1,32,337 students were placed in the compartment category. The Class 12 Compartment Results were announced on August 2, 2024, with an overall pass percentage of 29.78%. The Class 10 Compartment Results were declared on August 5, 2024.
Important Instructions for CBSE Compartment Exams 2025
All students registered for the CBSE Class 10 and 12 compartment exams 2025 must arrive at their designated exam centre at least 30 minutes before the exams begin.
It is mandatory to carry their admit card and school ID to the examination hall. Entry will be denied without these documents.
The CBSE Class 10 and 12 compartment exams 2025 will be held from 10:30 am to 1:30 pm, though some subjects may conclude at 12:30 pm.
Students will be given 15 minutes to read the question paper before the exam starts.
Any student found cheating or using unfair means will face strict disciplinary action.

Age: As of the last registration date, you must be between the ages of 16 and 40.
Qualification: You must have graduated from an accredited board or at least passed the tenth grade. Higher qualifications are also accepted, such as a diploma, postgraduate degree, graduation, or 11th or 12th grade.
How to Apply:
Get the Medhavi app by visiting the Google Play Store.
Register: In the app, create an account.
Examine Notification: Examine the comprehensive notification on the scholarship examination.
Sign up to Take the Test: Finish the app's registration process.
Examine: The Medhavi app allows you to take the exam from the comfort of your home.
Get Results: In just two days, the results are made public.
Verification of Documents: Provide the required paperwork and bank account information for validation.
Get Scholarship: Following a successful verification process, the scholarship will be given. You need to have at least passed the 10th grade/matriculation scholarship amount will be transferred directly to your bank account.
Scholarship Details:
Type A: For candidates scoring 60% or above in the exam.

If you have uploaded screenshot of your 12th board result taken from CBSE official website,there won,t be a problem with that.If the screenshot that you have uploaded is clear and legible. It should display your name, roll number, marks obtained, and any other relevant details in a readable forma.ALSO, the screenshot clearly show it is from the official CBSE results portal.
