Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) is conducting the CBSE class 12 board exam which was started on 15 Feb and is going to conclude on 18 March 2025. CBSE class 12 Physics is one the crucial subjects for students who are aiming for competitive exams like JEE Main, NEET and other state engineering exams. This paper whose subject code is 042 was scheduled on 21st February (Friday) from 10:30 am to 1:30 pm, which is over now.

The CBSE Class 12 Physics 2025 paper primarily consisted of questions from the NCERT syllabus with effective time management, the paper could be completed within the allotted time. CBSE Physics class 12 paper 2024 was moderate to hard which was conducted on March 4, 2024. Here are a few pointers for the CBSE physics paper 2024 analysis.
Students' initial reactions show that the class 12th science question paper was 'easy to moderate' in difficulty. Students found the question paper well-balanced, with a mix of theoretical and numerical questions.
Many students reported that the paper closely followed the NCERT syllabus, making it familiar and manageable. While some found the numerical questions slightly tricky, most agreed that the overall difficulty level was fair.
Teachers found the CBSE class 12 physics paper was well balanced covering the syllabus with no extra questions being asked in the exam. Some questions were lengthy and time-consuming due to the sub-part of the question. The overall difficulty level of the paper was moderate to tough.

1. Counselling Eligibility: For UP NEET counselling, your UP domicile makes you eligible, regardless of where your schooling was. You can participate in UP state counselling according to your NEET rank.
2. Delhi Counselling: For Delhi state quota, usually 10th/12th + residency matters. Since your school and residency are in Delhi, you might also be eligible for Delhi state quota, but it depends on specific state rules.
So, having a Delhi Aadhaar will not automatically reject you in UP counselling as long as you have a UP domicile certificate.

Sorry, but JoSAA does not accept marks from two different boards for the same qualification during counselling. However, you can use your NIOS marks to meet the JEE Main/Advanced eligibility criteria if they are better than your CBSE marks. You can use your NIOS marks for the eligibility check, but when presenting your documents, you may be required to present both marksheets and the one with the higher marks for each subject will be considered.
