West Bengal Madhyamik Routine 2020: WBBSE has released the WB Madhyamik routine on June 6. Students going to appear for 2020 exams should check West Bengal Madhyamik routine 2020 and prepare study time table accordingly. As per West Bengal 10th datesheet, exams will be commenced from February 18 with the paper of First Language. West Bengal Board of Secondary Education (WBBSE) will conduct exams in continuity with only two preparatory leaves. WB Madhyamik exams conclude with the Optional elective subject to be held on February 27, 2020. The exams will be held from 11:45 am to 3 pm including 15 minutes for reading of question paper. WB Madhyamik Routine 2020 - Important Points

  • Exams will be commenced at 11:45 am and will continue till 3 pm.

  • First 15 minutes (11:45 am to 12 noon) are allotted for reading the question papers and students can start writing at 12 noon.

  • Examination for shorthand & Typewriting is held at Kolkata and Siliguri only. The venue and date is announced later.

  • Sewing and Needle Work examination is held for 4 hours 15 minutes.

  • Theoretical exam for Music Vocal & Music Instrumental is held for a duration of two hours fifteen minutes. The venue, date and hour of the practical examination in these subjects is announced later.

  • Computer Application theory exam is conducted for two hours forty five minutes duration and practical examination is taken by individual schools.

  • There will be a duration of one hour forty five minutes for theoretical examination of Vocational Subjects (under NSQF Project) and practicals on these subjects are taken by the Sector Skill Council or individual schools.

West Bengal Madhyamik Exam Pattern

The West Bengal 10th Board exam is conducted for 800 marks. Out of which, students must obtain 272 in total to pass the exams. Check the table below to get the complete details related to the maximum and passing marks as well as 1st, 2nd and 3rd division:

Note: Students must complete their entire West Bengal Madhyamik Syllabus a month before the commencement of exams so that they can have enough time for revision.

WB Madhyamik Exam Day Instructions

  • Students must reach the exam centre before 11:15 am to check their sitting plan. It will help to avoid last minute hassle.

  • Read question paper thoroughly in the first 15 minutes and devise a strategy to solve question paper.

  • Attempt the question first which can be solved quickly and efficiently then move on other questions.

  • Do not stick on a question for a long time. Solve hard questions in the last.

  • Revise the answer sheet in last minutes and ensure for accuracy of answers.

WB 10th Result 2020 dates

Students are always seen curious to know about the result date. WB Madhyamik result 2020 will be announced in the third week of May. Students will be able to view their results in online mode through official website. The result comprises the basic details of a student along with result and marks details.
