NTSE Uttarakhand 2024 - SCERT, Uttarakhand will release the NTSE UK notification and application form. The last date to submit the NTSE Uttarakhand form 2024 will be in September 2024. NTSE Uttarakhand 2024 stage 1 exam will be held in December 2024.
Official NTSE Uttarakhand answer key will be released in the last week of December 2024. The result is expected to be released in February 2025. Students can apply in offline mode. The NTSE registration 2024 form can be downloaded in PDF format from the official website of SCERT or can be collected from the respective School.
Candidates must follow the steps provided below to successfully apply for NTSE Uttarakhand 2024.

Download and print a copy of the NTSE Uttarakhand application form, and admit card.
Enter the required credentials in both forms.
Two coloured passport-sized photos must be attached on both forms
Both the photographs should be attested by the School Principal/ Head of Institution.
Submit the forms to the Head of School along with the fee receipt.
NTSE Uttarakhand 2024 Eligibility Criteria
The eligibility criteria include the percentage required, age and other parameters. Before applying for exams, candidates must ensure that they meet the NTSE 2024 eligibility given below.
A minimum of 60% marks (55% for SC/ST/PH) in class 9 is a must to be eligible for the exam.
Aspirants pursuing class 10 in the current academic year are eligible.
Candidates must have studied in government, private or top Schools in Uttrakhand
Open Distance Learning candidates are eligible if their age is not above 18 years.
Students must hold Indian Nationality.
NMMS scholarship holders are also eligible
Below are the documents which need to be submitted along with the Application form
For SC, ST, and PH - Copy of caste, reservation, category, and disability certificates. Those who fail to do so must be categorized under the general category.
For OBC Candidates - Other Backward Class applicants are required to send a copy of their caste certificate attached with the application. But, their reservation will be applicable only if below-mentioned conditions are met.
Only ‘Non-creamy layer’ candidates will be able to avail the reservation. OBC candidates whose certificate mentions ‘Creamy Layer’ will not enjoy any reservation benefits.
One must locate and identify their caste/ community in the ‘Central List of OBCs’ by NCBC (National Council of Backward Classes.
Candidates can apply for Pre-Matric scholarship for financial assistance, check National Scholarship Portal
Candidates from private schools need to pay the application fee of Rs.250/- (Rs. 150/- for SC/ST/PH) to the school authorities along with the NTSE Uttarakhand 2024 form. No fee for students of government and government-aided school.
NTSE Uttarakhand Admit Card
Applicants can download the NTSE Uttarakhand stage 1 admit card from the official website of SCERT, Uttarakhand. The stage 1 admit card will be released in November 2024. Students should have their roll number to download the admit card for stage 1 exam.
Students can check their details and exam centre address on the NTSE Uttarakhand 2024 admit card. NTSE 2024 Admit Card is of utmost importance as a student will not be allowed inside the examination hall without a verification card.
The exam will consist of a Mental Ability Test and Scholastic Ability Test. NTSE Exam Pattern is briefly explained below:
The Language Comprehension Test is no longer part of the Exam.
Both tests will have 100 questions each, making it a total of 200 questions.
There will be no negative marking, and each question is for 1 mark.

SCERT, Uttarakhand or NCERT do not prescribe a specified NTSE syllabus for stage 1, so students must go through the syllabus to class 9th and CBSE class 10 syllabus. Candidates have to refer to the syllabus prepared by the coaching institutes like Allen, Fitjee. Students must refer NCERT syllabus as it is similar to NTSE Syllabus

SCERT, UK announces the result of stage 1 in February 2025. NTSE Uttarakhand 2024 result contains marks obtained in SAT, MAT, and overall marks secured by each candidate. NTSE result 2024 will be released as a merit list in PDF format and it comprises the names of students who are qualified for NTSE stage 2 exam.
SCERT releases NTSE Uttarakhand 2024 cut off for students from each category (General, SC, ST, PH). The cut off will be released along with the result in Feb5ruary 202.
Students who score equal to or more than the NTSE cutoff marks for their category will be qualified for NTSE stage II exam 2024.
Around 2000 scholarships are awarded to the students all over India which are funded, under the NTSE scholarship program. NCERT, the national conducting body of NTSE is responsible for the distribution of scholarships as per the norms. Students who qualify NTSE stage II 2024 will be eligible to avail the NTSE 2024 scholarship.
