NTSE Uttarakhand 2020- SCERT, Uttarakhand has released the Uttarkhand NTSE application form on scert.uk.gov.in. NTSE Uttarkhand 2020 will be conducted on November 3, 2019 for class 10 students from Uttarakhand state only. Students need to download the NTSE application form online or submit the same till September 4, 2019. Candidates need to pay the application fee of Rs.200/- (Rs. 100/- for SC/ST/PH) to the school authorities along with the NTSE Uttarakhand 2020 form. The admit card will be handed over to students by school authorities only. Aspirants who qualify NTSE Exam stage 1 will be eligible for stage II exam.
National Talent Search Examination(NTSE) is a scholarship program conducted annually in two stages i.e. stage 1 and 2. NTSE stage 1 is conducted as a selection round for stage 2. So students who qualify NTSE Uttarakhand will succeed in the final stage of NTSE 2020. NCERT will conduct the stage 2 exam on May 10, 2020. The eligibility criteria include the percentage required, age and other parameters.
Before applying for exams, candidates must ensure that they meet the NTSE 2020 eligibility given below.
A minimum of 60% marks (55% for SC/ST/PH) in class 9 is a must to be eligible for the exam.
Aspirants pursuing class 10 in the current academic year are eligible.
Candidates must have studied in government, private or top Schools in Uttrakhand
Open Distance Learning candidates are eligible if their age is not above 18 years.
Students must hold Indian Nationality.
NMMS scholarship holders are also eligible
Students can apply in both online and offline mode. The NTSE application forms 2020 can be downloaded in PDF format from the official website of SCERT or can be availed from the respective School. Mentioned below are steps which one must follow to fill the application form
Candidates must follow the steps provided below to successfully apply for NTSE Uttarakhand 2020.
Click on the link above or visit the official website i.e scert.uk.gov.in
Download and print a copy of the NTSE Uttarakhand application form, and admit card.
Enter the required credentials in both forms
Two colored passport-sized photos must be attached on both forms
Both the photographs should be attested by the School Principal/ Head of Institution.
Submit the forms to Head of School along with the fee receipt.
Note: Incorrectly filled the Application form and admit card form will be subject to rejection.
Mentioned below are the documents which need to be submitted along with the Application form
For SC, ST, and PH - Copy of caste, reservation, category, and disability certificates. Those who fail to do so must be categorized under the general category.
For OBC Candidates - Other Backward Class applicants require to send a copy of their caste certificate attached with the application. But, their reservation will be applicable only if below-mentioned conditions are met.
Only ‘Non-creamy layer’ candidates will be able to avail the reservation. OBC candidates whose certificate mentions ‘Creamy Layer’ will not enjoy any reservation benefits.
One must locate and identify their caste/ community in the ‘Central List of OBCs’ by NCBC (National Council of Backward Classes.

Applicants can collect their NTSE admit card 2020 from their respective school in the third week of October 2019. NTSE 2020 Admit Card is of utmost importance as a student will not be allowed inside the examination hall without verification card.
The exam will constitute of Mental Ability Test and Scholastic Ability Test. NTSE 2020 Exam Pattern is briefly explained below:
Language Comprehension Test is no longer part of the Exam.
Both tests will have 100 questions each, making it a total of 200 questions.
There will be no negative marking, and each question is for 1 mark.

SCERT, Uttarakhand or NCERT do not prescribe a specified NTSE syllabus for stage 1, so students must go through the syllabus to class 9th and CBSE class 10 syllabus. Candidates have to refer to the syllabus prepared by the coaching institutes like Allen, Fitjee. Students must refer NCERT syllabus as it is similar to NTSE Syllabus
Mental Ability Test - Questions which testing the Analytical logical reasoning and problem-solving skills of the students.
Scholastic Ability Test - Factual knowledge in key subjects like Mathematics, Science and Social Science is tested.

SCERT will release the official NTSE 2020 Uttarakhand answer key in the third week of November 2020. The answer key helps to know the correct answers for questions asked in MAT and SAT test. Leading coaching institutes also release the answer key immediately after the commencement of Exam.
SCERT, UK will announce the result on the official website in the third week of March 2020. NTSE Uttarakhand Result 2020 contains marks obtained in SAT, MAT, and overall marks secured by each candidate. The released merit list is in PDF format and it mentions the name of students who are qualified for NTSE stage 2 exam which will be conducted on May 10, 2020.
SCERT releases NTSE Uttrakhand 2020 cut off for students from each category (General, SC, ST, PH). The cut off will be released along with the result in the month of March. Students who score equal to or more than the cut-off marks for their category will be qualified for NTSE stage II exam 2020.
Around 2000 scholarships are awarded to the students all over India which are funded by HRD Ministry, Govt. of India, under NTSE program. NCERT, the national conducting body of NTSE is responsible for the distribution of scholarships as per the norms. Students who qualify NTSE stage II 2020 will be eligible to avail the NTSE 2020 scholarship.

If you are in class 10 at present in 2019-20 session, than you have lost the chance. The application form was available in month of august or september. The exam will be in month of november.
