Students appearing for the NTSE Arunachal Pradesh must ensure that they meet the NTSE 2024 eligibility which is mentioned below.
A minimum of 60% marks (55% for SC/ST/PH) in class 9 is a must to be eligible for the exam.
Class 10 students in the current academic year are eligible.
Students enrolled in government, private or top Schools in Arunachal Pradesh.
Open School students can also apply however, their age should be below 18 years.
Students must hold Indian Nationality.
NMMS scholarship holders are also eligible
Students can collect the NTSE Arunachal Pradesh application form from the schools.The NTSE registration 2024 form can also be downloaded in PDF format from the official website of SCERT.
Follow the steps mentioned below to fill the Arunachal Pradesh NTSE forms 2024.

Download and print a copy of the NTSE Arunachal Pradesh application form, and admit card.
Enter the required credentials in both forms.
Two coloured passport-sized photos must be attached on both forms
Both the photographs should be attested by the School Principal/ Head of Institution.
Submit the forms to the Head of School along with the fee receipt.

For SC, ST, and PH - Copy of caste, reservation, category, and disability certificates. Those who fail to do so must be categorized under the general category.
For OBC Candidates - Other Backward Class applicants are required to send a copy of their caste certificate attached with the application. But, their reservation will be applicable only if below-mentioned conditions are met.
Only ‘Non-creamy layer’ candidates will be able to avail the reservation. OBC candidates whose certificate mentions ‘Creamy Layer’ will not enjoy any reservation benefits.
One must locate and identify their caste/ community in the ‘Central List of OBCs’ by NCBC (National Council of Backward Classes.

Applicants can collect their NTSE Arunachal Pradesh admit card from their respective schools. The stage 1 admit card will be released in November 2024. Students who will pass stage 1 with minimum qualifying marks will be eligible for stage 2. The admit card for Stage 2 will be issued by NCERT in the month of May 2025 in online mode. NTSE 2024 Admit Card is a mandatory document as no student will not be allowed inside the examination hall without it.
NTSE stage 1 is divided in two parts. Part 1 is the Mental Ability Test (MAT), carrying 100 questions with 1 mark each. And, part 2 is the Scholastic Ability Test (SAT) carrying 100 questions with 1 mark each. The time duration for both tests will be 120 minutes.

Students must go through the syllabus of Class 9th and CBSE Class 10 syllabus. They must refer NCERT syllabus as it is similar to NTSE Syllabus.

SCERT will release the official NTSE Arunachal Pradesh answer key. The NTSE answer key will contain the right answers to the questions of the NTSE stage I exam. The answer key of NTSE Arunachal Pradesh will be separately released for the MAT and SAT sections. Students can calculate the expected scores with the help of the Arunachal Pradesh NTSE answer key and know the chances of their selection in the NTSE stage II exam.
SCERT, Itanagar will release the Arunachal Pradesh NTSE result 2024 on the official website, arpedu.in.The result will contain MAT, SAT, and overall scores of the candidates. Along with the Arunachal Pradesh NTSE result, a merit list or a list of selected students for stage 2 NTSE 2024 will also be released. NTSE result 2024 will be released as a merit list in PDF format and it comprises the names of students who are qualified for NTSE stage 2 exam.
SCERT releases NTSE Arunachal Pradesh 2024 cut off for students from each category (General, SC, ST, PH). The cutoff will be published online on arpedu.in along with stage 1 result. The NTSE cutoff will be the minimum score a candidate must score in order to qualify for stage 2.
NCERT is responsible for the distribution of scholarships to students. Students who qualify NTSE stage II 2024 will be eligible to avail the NTSE 2024 scholarship. Under the NTSE programme, 2000 scholarships are distributed each year by the national conducting body.
