Started with the name of National Talent Search Scheme in 1963, NTSE is conducted to nurture talents across country. Every year NCERT organizes NTSE for students of class X of recognized schools to participate and avail scholarships. As the test is conducted every year notifications regarding the date are made available to students. NTSE Important Dates 2016for each stage are provided months before the actual examination by the NCERT itself.

The following NTSE Important Dates 2016 have been declared by NCERT -

Last Date of Submission of NTSE Application Form 2016:  To be notified by the respective state and may vary from state to state

Stage 1 Exam: Examination in Mizoram, Meghalaya, Nagaland and Andaman & Nicobar Islands - November 7, 2015

Stage 1 Exam: Examination in all other states and Union Territories - November 8, 2015

Stage 2 Exam: Examination in all other states and Union Territories - May 8, 2016

The NTSE Important Dates 2016 are available on the NCERT website along with information regarding Selection Procedure, Exam Procedure, Eligibility Criteria and Results . It is advisable to students to keep an update about developments of the dates by visiting NCERT official website or this page.

If you are in class 10 at present in 2019-20 session, than you have lost the chance. The application form was available in month of august or september. The exam will be in month of november.

NTSE BIHAR APPLICATION form released on September 6th in online mode.And last date for application form submission was 30th September 2019 for stage 1 EXAMINATION.You can't fill application form now..

Hello Aspirant,

NTSE has two parts that are SAT (Scholastic Aptitude Test) and MAT (Mental Ability Test). The MAT section will test students on their thinking ability, Reasoning etc. while the SAT is further divided into three sub-sections namely Science, Maths and Social Science.
