    Movie: Super 30

    Teacher: Anand Kumar

    Portrayed By: Hrithik Roshan

Super 30 is a true story of real-life hero Anand Kumar and his 30 students. Kumar himself had to give up his dream to study at the University of Cambridge due to financial constraints. The movie depicts how based on personal experience, Kumar makes up his mind to coach 30 bright students from underprivileged sections of the society for the coveted JEE Main and JEE Advanced exams. The highlight of this story is how Kumar offered coaching for India’s most competitive engineering entrance exam at negligible cost. Fees for entrance exams of prestigious exams like IITs are quite high, and Kumar’s decision was based on his belief that no capable student should have to give up their dream due to lack of funds. What is commendable is, out of his batch of 30 kids, 18 students made it to the IITs.
