Get UpdatesSainik School Admission 2024 - National Testing Agency or NTA conducts the All India Sainik School Entrance Test for Classes 6 and 9 admissions to 33 old Sainik Schools and 19 new Sainik Schools across the country. Sainik School Class 6 admissions are available to boys and girls who meet the eligibility requirements. For admission into Sainik School Class 9, only boys can appear for the All India Sainik School Entrance Examination.
Students will be admitted to Classes 6 and 9 based on the AISSEE 2024 and a medical test. NTA has conducted the AISSEE exam on January 28, 2024. The All India Sainik School entrance exam is administered offline, in which students mark their answers using OMR sheets.
All India Sainik School Entrance Exam 2024 details
To effectively prepare for the Sainik School 2024 admission test, students should solve previous years' Sainik School question papers .
According to the Sainik School syllabus , the written exam for Class 6 carries 300 marks, including Maths, English, GK (Sc & St), Language, and Intelligence.
A 400-mark exam for class 9 will be conducted, including Maths, English, Intelligence, General Science, and Social Studies.
A final merit list will be released online, along with the names of selected students for the Sainik School admission 2024.
Applicants will be admitted based on e-counselling as determined by their rank in the AISSEE 2024 Merit List, medical fitness, and original documents.
The selected students will be required to submit the required documents for further processing, and admission to the school will follow after document verification and fee payment.

Students were able to submit the AISSEE admission form from November 7 to December 20, 2023.
Sainik School admission 2024 entrance exam applications can be submitted online at - exams.nta.ac.in/AISSEE/ by eligible boys and girls.
Sainik School 2024 registration fee is Rs 500 for SC/ST students and Rs 650 for other categories.

Sainik School Exam Eligibility for Class 6th- Boys/Girls who are studying in Class V in a recognized school and whose age is between 10 to 12 years as of March 31, 2024, are eligible to apply.
Sainik School Exam Eligibility for Class 9th- A candidate who has passed the Class VIII exam from a recognized school aged between 13 and 15 years as of March 31, 2024. The candidate should have been born between April 01, 2009, and March 31, 2011.
Sainik schools across India follow specific Sainik school reservation criteria as mentioned below:

National Testing Agency released the Sainik school admission form 2024. Students or their parents must fill out the Sainik School application form online on aissee.nta.nic.in.
A candidate can apply for Sainik School admission 2024 by filling out an online Sainik School admission form. Sainik School application fee for general and defence categories is Rs. 650 while that for SC/ST is Rs. 500.

Click on ‘AISSEE 2024 Registration open (Click Here)’.
On the left side, click on 'New Candidate Register Here'
Scroll down and click on the check box and then click on 'Click here to Proceed' button.
Fill in your asked details.
A system-generated application number will be sent to the candidate's email address and phone number.
Candidates can use the system-generated Application number to log in and check the AISSEE form status 2024.
Fill in all the personal information and details asked in the application form for AISSEE 2024 carefully. Click on the ‘Submit’ button. Upload the official documents/certificates being mindful of the size dimensions and the format in which they are asked to be uploaded.
Click on the ‘Submit’ button. It will take you to the payment gateway page. Select the payment method out of the given options on the website. Pay the required fee online.
After successful payment of the fee, a confirmation page will appear. Candidates must take a printout of the same for future reference.

NTA has released the AISSEE 2024 results for the written exam on March 13, 2024. Students can check the result on the official website by entering their application form number and password. Shortlisted candidates will appear for the medical examination, the second stage of the Sainik School admission 2024 procedure.
The final merit list of selected candidates is expected to be published in March 2024. The merit list contains the candidates' roll numbers and the document verification schedule.
How to check Sainik School Result 2024?
Sainik School admission 2024 selection process comprises two main stages: A written exam (AISSEE) and a medical exam. Students who fill out the AISSEE application form appear in the written exam. After declaring the AISSEE result of Sainik School admission 2024, selected students will be called for the medical examination.
The schools release the final merit list based on marks obtained by a student in the written and medical tests. Selected students will be granted admission in respective Class VI or IX after document verification and submission of fees.

The Sainik School admission form 2022 will be released on the official website of NTA, aissee.nta.nic.in. Keep an eye on the official website for the latest information.
