The Chhattisgarh Board of Secondary Education (CGBSE) has certain requirements for passing the examination. Students have to score at least 33% marks out of 100 marks in aggregate and in each subject to pass the CGBSE exam 2025. The CGBSE exam will consist of a theory and a practical paper. The CGBSE 10th theory paper will contain 75 marks out of which students must score 25 marks to pass the exam. On the other hand, for CGBSE class 12, theory papers for courses without practicals carry 80 marks while the subjects with practicals carry 70 marks.
The CG board Class 10 exams will be held from March 3 to March 24, 2025, while the CG 12th exams 2025 will be held from March 1 to March 28, 2025. In case a student fails to score the minimum passing percentage in the examination, then they can apply for the CGBSE supplementary examination. The board offers a second chance to the students who failed the main examination to save their academic year. However, in general cases, if a student fails because of one or two marks, the board provide grace marks to save their academic year.
