    The CBSE 10 exam for the academic session 2025-26 will be conducted from February 17 to March 10, 2026, while the CBSE 12th exam will be held from February 17 to April 9, 2026. For these exams, the CBSE has introduced the CCTV policy, which is to be implemented in all the affiliated schools around the country. The CBSE CCTV installation policy not only ensures the safety of the students, but also smooth conduct of the CBSE board exam for Class 10 and Class 12. This particularly aims to avoid any malpractice and to have a fair examination process. In 2025, 26675 schools were a part of the board examination, out of which 7837 were exam centres. A total of 2,371939 students appeared in the examination for Class 10th, and 1692794 students appeared in the Class 12th board exam.

    To pass the CBSE Class 12 English paper, students should have to obtain at least 33% marks in the theory paper out of 80, while 20 marks will awarded on the basis of internal assessment.
