About NTSE 2018

 

The National Talent Search Examination (NTSE) is a national level scholarship programme in India. The exam is held in two stages. The Stage I of NTSE is conducted by States/Uts. The Stage II is conducted by NCERT. Students who qualify Stage 1 are eligible for appearing in Stage II. Candidates selected qualifying the second stages are awarded the scholarship. The amount of scholarship is Rs 1250 per month for class 10 and 12 students while it is Rs 2000 for students studying in postgraduate and undergraduate level.
