The application process was completed in offline mode through schools. The last date to submit the NTSE Sikkim 2020 application forms was September 10, 2019. SCERT has conducted the NTSE stage 1 exam in Sikkim state on November 3, 2019. The admit card for NTSE Sikkim stage 1 exam was released from October 17, 2019 through schools. Students must prepare strategically to crack Sikkim NTSE exam. NTSE stage 1 and stage 2 exam is held in offline mode, so students can use the answer key to estimate their probable scores. Students wishing to appear for stage 1 exam must know the details NTSE eligibility criteria. The authority can reject any application if a student is found ineligible. Eligibility criteria are explained below to appear for Sikkim NTSE stage 1:

  • Must be passed class 9 with requisite marks.

  • Must be studying in class 10 in a recognized school in state.

  • Students studying under Open and Distance Learning are also eligible for this exam. He/she should be appearing in class 10 for the first time and age should be less than 18 years.

NTSE Sikkim 2020 Application Form

Registration forms for stage 1 exam are released in offline mode. Student can fill the following steps to fill NTSE application form:

  • First of all, contact respective school authorities and collect the application form.

  • Read all the details mentioned on form and fill all fields carefully with accurate details to avoid rejections of the application form.

  • Attach required documents and paste a recent passport size photograph.

  • Submit completely filled form to the respective school authority.

  • Then they will attest the form and send it to examination centers.

NTSE Sikkim 2020 Admit card

After allotment of roll numbers, Admit cards for stage 1 exam are sent to exam Superintendent. These admit cards are provided in Offline mode through schools. Students can collect NTSE admit cards a week before NTSE stage 1 Sikkim exam. Admit card or hall ticket is mandatory to carry to exam hall. No student is allowed to enter without it.

NTSE Sikkim Syllabus 2020

  • Syllabus is same for both stages of the exam. Student must know NTSE 2020 syllabus before start preparing for stage 1 exam.

  • There will be two papers only: MAT and SAT.

  • MAT comprises of reasoning part and SAT section consists of the questions from Mathematics, Science and Social Science subject.

  • It’s syllabus depends on class 9 and class 10 syllabus of state board and CBSE board.

NTSE Sikkim Exam Pattern 2020

NCERT has prescribed the exam pattern for stage 1 and stage 2 exam which is followed by SCERT while preparing question paper. There is no negative marking. Candidates must know NTSE exam pattern as given below to prepare well.

NTSE Sikkim Cutoff 2020

SCERT releases the cutoff marks for stage 1 exam in March 2020, tentatively. These are the necessary marks to achieve to get selected for the next stage. NTSE Sikkim Cutoff marks are released for all categories along with the result. The merit list is prepared on the basis of these marks. Before the result, students can use NTSE answer key to know their probable scores and math it with cutoff marks to know the chances of selection.

the eligibility criteria for NTSE2020-21 is as mentioned below

  1. Candidates should be registered with the State/UT exam conducting body. (Only Indian nationals)
  2. The candidates who are in class X can also apply for the test.
  3. The candidates who want to give NTSE exam in class X should have cleared class IX examination from a recognized board and scored  minimum of 60% marks.
  4. The candidates must have obtained degree recognized by the board.
  5. The students who have completed/appearing for class 10 th examination and are registered under Open Distance Learning (ODL) can appear for the NTSE exam. The candidate must be below 18 years of age and must not be employed.

Ntse means National Talent Search Exam which is conducted to give scholarships to the students who are highly taled as government will provide them scholarships as cutoff marks will be based on category and resevations and no.of seats available for the candidates, no.of candidates appeared for the exam and difficulty level of the  question paper ,and previous year cutoff marks are taken into consideration and you should get maximum of 75 percent of the marks to the total marks in ntse of Chandigarh  and  so that study well and work hard to get good marks All the best for your future and i think my suggestions and knowledge may be helpful to u.

The NTSE stage 1, was already conducted in the months of November- December, 2019 in different states. The results are being declared by different states. The stage 2 for NTSE is scheduled to be on 10 May, 2020. Till now, no official statement has been passed for the postponement of the exam. You must keep an eye on the official website for updates.
