NTSE Andhra Pradesh Exam Pattern

  • The exam for NTSE stage 1 is conducted in two stages. The paper of NTSE will consist of two sections i.e. Mental Ability Test (MAT) and Scholastic Ability Test (SAT). 

  • Both sections will have 100 questions carrying 1 mark each.

  • Each section will be of 120 minutes.

  • Mental ability section will test the logical and decision-making ability of the child. The questions will be based on series, pattern analysis, coding-decoding, interpretation etc.

  • SAT will analyze the subject knowledge of the children. It includes questions from Science Science (40 questions), Science (40 questions) and Mathematics (20 questions).
