The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) will conduct the computer applications exams on March 13, 2024. The IT syllabus Class 10 CBSE is divided into four sections: Introduction to Computers, HTML, Cyber Ethics, and Practicals. The Networking unit carries a weightage of 15 points, the HTML unit carries a weightage of 25 points, the Cyber Ethics unit carries a weightage of 10 points, and the Practicals unit carries a weightage of 50 points. Chapter-2 HTML | Introduction to web page designing using HTML: create and save an HTML document, access a web page using a web browser. HTML tags: html, head, title, body, (attributes: text, background, bgcolor, link, vlink, alink), br (break), hr(horizontal rule), inserting comments, h1..h6 (heading), p (paragraph), b (bold), i (italics), u (underline), ul (unordered list), ol (ordered list), and li (list item). Description lists: dl, dt and dd. Attributes of ol (start, type), ul (type). Font tags (attributes: face, size, color). Insert images: img (attributes: src, width, height, alt), sup (super script), sub(subscript). HTML Forms: Textbox, radio buttons, checkbox, password, list, combobox. Embed audio and video in a HTML page. Create a table using the tags: table, tr, th, td, rowspan, colspan Links: significance of linking, anchor element (attributes: name, mailto), targets. Chapter-4 Lab Exercises/Practicals | Create static web pages. Use style sheets to enforce a format in an HTML page (CSS). Embed pictures, audio, and videos in an HTML page. Add tables and frames in an HTML page. Decorate web pages using graphical elements. Create a website using several web pages. Students may use any open-source or proprietary tool. Yes, you can apply for 12th grade as a private candidate .You will need to follow the registration process and fulfill the eligibility criteria set by CBSE for private candidates.If you haven't given the 11th grade exam ,you would be able to appear for the 12th exam directly without having passed 11th grade. you will need to give certain tests in the school you are getting addmission to prove your eligibilty.

According to cbse norms candidates who have completed class 10th, class 11th, have a gap year or have failed class 12th can appear for admission in 12th class.for admission in cbse board you need to clear your 11th class first and you must have studied from CBSE board or any other recognized and equivalent board/school.
You are not eligible for cbse board but you can still do 12th from nios which allow candidates to take admission in 12th class as a private student without completing 11th.
