Prepare such a time table that entier KVPY 2020 Syllabus will be covered at least a month before the exams.
They should strictly refer to NCERT books of class 10, 11, 12 and prescribed books of 1st year of graduation to prepare for KVPY 2020 exam as all the questions will be asked on the basis of topics defined in NCERT books.

There are no chances of repetition of questions in KVPY question papers from previous years papers. However, the similar type of questions will be asked.
A total of 80 and 120 questions for SA and SB/SX stream will be asked in KVPY 2020 paper. Out of which 80 questions need to be attempted only.
0.25 marks in part-I and 0.5 marks in part-II are deducted for each wrong answer.
If you are a student of SB or SX stream then you are free to attempt Physics, Chemistry and Math of part-I and only two sections of part-II in KVPY papers.

see you can appear in kvpy exam in 12th class, when you are in final year of 10+2 course. there is no need to mention your 11 th percentage, but question will come from 11th and 12th syllabus both. so you need to study strictly for both of the exam.

The kvpy exam is held for different class group of students. 11 appearing students come under the stream SA. The eligibility for Student coming under S.A stream to apply for KVPY exam is as
eligibility criteria - Students enrolled in XI Standard (Science Subjects) during the academic year 2019-20 and having secured a minimum of 75% (65% for SC/ST/PWD) marks in aggregate in MATHEMATICS and SCIENCE subjects in the X Standard Board examination immediately in the preceding academic year are eligible to appear for Aptitude test.
So according to above mentioned criteria you can give KVPY exam.
