The HBSE Class 11 admissions are conducted in offline mode in private and government schools in the state of Haryana. All institutions affiliated with the Board of Secondary Education, Haryana, need to streamline the Haryana Class 11 admission process. After completing the matric level, students have to opt for an intermediate course of their choice, such as Arts, Commerce, and Humanities.
Students need to first obtain passing marks or above in HBSE 10th results to be eligible for Class 11 admissions. Candidates from other recognized boards can also be admitted to the Class 11 Haryana board by completing the necessary formalities as specified by the board and the respective school. Schools affiliated to the Haryana board follow the standardised admission process in offline mode, which is mostly similar in many private schools. Students who have successfully passed their HBSE Class 10 exams or equivalent board exams are eligible to apply for Class 11 admission in Haryana. Note: The dates are tentative and admission schedules vary from school to school. Some schools accept provisional admission in April, before the Class 10 result declaration. Student’s admission is confirmed once he/she passes Class 10 with the minimum required marks.
Students must have passed in matric results from a recognised board. They need to achieve minimum passing marks in HBSE 10th exams if they are from the Haryana board.
Students can opt for only the relevant stream in Class 11 as per their subjects in Class 10.
Migration certificates and passing certificates are mandatory for students to submit if they are from another state board. Switching education boards may come with extra steps or formalities that need to be satisfied as per the board’s specifications. Parents must complete formalities after having a word with the respective school’s administration.
Fill the Offline Admission Form
Parents or students need to fill out the Haryana 11th admission form in offline mode (govt. schools) or online mode (private schools) as per the regulations of the respective school.
Appear for the Written Test and Interview Round
Some schools may conduct a basic written test of the candidate to check his/her aptitude. If they clear the written test, then they may be further called for an interview round or an interactive session with teachers.
Admission Based on Vacancy and Merit
Merit List will be put up on the school’s notice board or website of the selected candidates. Admissions will be granted for the available seats based on merit and first come first serve basis.
Document Verification
Parents/students must produce original documents as asked by the school to complete the admission formalities.
Payment of Fee
After paying the requisite fee as per the respective school’s fee structure, admission to the Class 11 Haryana board will be confirmed. Students will be able to attend the Classes which usually begin in July for the new session.
