Why Future Generation Will Have Weaker Immunity And Biological Systems

Have you ever wondered why our body deals with so many foreign particles on a regular basis yet does not fall ill every time? What is the physiological event or system responsible for dealing with the foreign particles and keeping the diseases away? It is the immune system that fights harmful antigens and keeps the body healthy. The tendency to effectively scare away pathogens is called immunity, and stronger immunity ensures a longer and healthier life.

The biological system of humans comprises the vital organ system and its functioning. Problems in any of these will affect the person's complete functioning, making them incapable of basic tasks. A person’s good health is determined by healthy immunity and the biological system.

Did Older Generations Have Better Immunity And Biological Systems?

The previous generation suffered from various problems due to insufficient medical services or a lack of education about preventable diseases. However, they had better immune and biological systems due to their productive routines and better eating habits.

The introduction of a variety of food practices and diets without considering the side effects has increased in recent times. This is leading to less nourishment, which further impacts the biological systems.

Other environmental factors like less pollution, the use of fewer hazardous products, a good work-life balance, and so on promote better health.

What Is Causing Weaker Immunity In Today’s Generation?

Today, people are exposed to harmful chemicals more often than in the early days. Maternal exposure to such chemicals can persist in the coming generations for a longer period of time. These chemicals have the potential to mutate the DNA and interfere with biochemical functioning, thereby developing many disorders in the body.

The introduction of chemicals or any alterations impairs the fighting tendency of the immune system, and thus the body cannot fight off mild as well as severe infections. This also causes poorly or weakly developed biological systems. So a person can have weaker immunity from birth.

One must be aware that what we do today will harm our children. The addition of mutants or the acquisition of preventable yet fatal diseases like AIDS will be inherited by the children, impacting their growth and development. The evolution of weak systems will be seen, which will result in even weaker systems.

How Are The Future Generations In Medical Danger?

Today’s generation is exposed to many problematic factors like pollutants and adulterated food that interfere with the DNA and are passed onto the offspring. Modern technologies have made our lives easier, but they have also impacted us in many negative ways.

The absence of productive routines, work-life balance, physical exercises, and more are degrading the bodies of people, which will further make them weaker. Along with this, the body adapts to this behaviour, thereby degrading more with time and age. Consequently, this will make future generations weaker and more susceptible to various medical conditions.

Since the coming generation will have comparatively weaker bodies, they will be highly impacted by epidemics and pandemics. Due to such weak systems, this generation will also be prone to conditions like cardiac arrest, respiratory illnesses, and others that usually occur at older ages.

How Can You Boost Immune System And Biological Systems?

  1. Be mindful of your diet: Recent times have observed an excess intake of sugars, cholesterol, omega-3 fatty acids, junk food, processed food, and more, which are not good for our health. They weaken the immune system and reduce the ability of our biological systems to function effectively.

  2. Better Routines: The involvement of physical activities can drastically improve our body and mind. It strengthens the body and keeps the posture proper. Musculoskeletal problems can be avoided by regular physical exercise.

  3. Be alert to potential mutants: Although we cannot be aware of every mutant that may be wrapped in food and other products, we must stay away from such possible products. Mutants have the tendency to disrupt DNA, which then affects the entire body, making it susceptible to disorders.

  4. Avoid smoking, alcohol, and other harmful drugs, as they release dangerous chemicals and ruin the body and mind.

  5. Immunisation can help eradicate problems and, therefore, will help save future generations.

To save our future generations, one must be aware of how their actions impact their body and environment. Inculcating healthy habits will lessen the damage to the bodies, and mutated or altered DNA will not be passed on to the progeny, resulting in healthy offspring.

The world is developing, but the negative consequences have also increased considerably. This is overall affecting biology, which will turn severe in the long run. So, it is necessary to take care of our bodies, build more strength, and preach better habits to children so that they develop good immunity and a healthy biological system.
