About IGKO 2023
IGKO 2023- The Science Olympiad Foundation conducts the SOF IGKO (International General Knowledge Olympiad) for students in classes 1 to 10. The SOF IGKO 2023 exam is a single-level test. School officials must choose one exam date and submit registrations 30 days in advance. The registration fee for schools in India, Bangladesh, Bhutan & Nepal is Rs 125 (including GST) per student.
- The IGKO result 2023 is released online on the official website, sofworld.org on November 8, 2023.
- IGKO exam 2023 is scheduled for September 21, 2023 and October 10,2023. Schools must choose an exam date that is convenient for their students. There will be a separate question paper for each date.
- The exam takes place during school hours. The SOF IGKO is a pen-and-paper objective test.
- The exam will consist of 35 Multiple Choice questions for classes 1 to 4 and 50 Multiple Choice questions for classes 5 to 10. The IGKO 2023 Exam will last 60 minutes.

- Students in classes 1 to 10th are eligible to appear for SOF IGKO 2023-24.
- There are no minimum marks criteria to apply for SOF GK Olympiad 2023.

IGKO 2023 Exam Pattern
- Students must prepare General Knowledge & current affairs to appear for SOF IGKO 2023-24.
- There will be no negative marking in IGKO Exam 2023.
- The question will be asked from the syllabus of the respective class.
- SOF IGKO 2023-24 will be held in the English medium only.

IGKO 2023 Admit Card
SOF releases the admit card through respective schools. Students can collect the hard copy of the IGKO admit card 2023-24 from their schools. If any students lose their admit card, he/she can contact their school authorities to get a duplicate copy.
An admit card is a mandatory document that each student should produce while appearing for SOF IGKO 2023.

SOF has declared the IGKO result on November 8, 2023. Students can check the result of SOF IGKO on the official website, www.sofworld.org. SOF IGKO Result 2023-24 can be accessed by entering the roll number.
Selected students will get awards as per SOF norms. The awards are sent to the respective schools.

No, an individual student can not apply separately. They have to register through their schools only

Science Olympiad Foundation holds SOF IGKO in those schools where the number of participating students should be more than 10.

Schools have to send details like School Name, Postal Address, School E-mail, Principal’s Name, Phone Number & Principal’s E-mail ID to the SOF and the foundation will provide the entire details and brochure to schools.

Hi,
opium poppy, (Papaver somniferum), flowering plant of the family Papaveraceae, native to Turkey. Opium, morphine, codeine, and heroin are all derived from the milky latex found in its unripe seed capsule. It is also grown for its tiny nonnarcotic ripe seeds, which are kidney-shaped and grayish blue to dark blue; the seeds are used in bakery products and for seasoning, oil, and birdseed .
The opium poppy is an annual plant and can reach about 1–5 metres (3–16 feet) tall. It has lobed or toothed silver-green foliage and bears blue-purple or white flowers some 13 cm (5 inches) wide. Red-flowered and double and semidouble strains have been developed as garden ornamentals. The seeds are borne in a spherical capsule topped by a disk formed by the stigmas of the flower; the seeds escape from pores beneath the disk when the capsule is shaken by the wind.
