SOF ISSO Result 2024-25: Check International Social Studies Olympiad Results

Science Olympiad Foundation (SOF) will declare the International Social Studies Olympiad (ISSO) exam result in January 2025. In addition to the Student Performance Report (SPR) and participation certificates, the SOF ISSO results for 2024-25 will be dispatched to the corresponding schools. The ISSO result 2025 SPR provides a comprehensive evaluation of student performance, emphasising their strengths and weaknesses. Following the SOF results 2025, the top three students in the class are awarded Gold, Silver, and Bronze medals.

How to Check ISSO Results 2024-25 Online?

The International Social Studies Olympiad 2024 results will be available online for students who participated. Students can also get their ISSO results through their school administration. To check the SOF ISSO result 2024-25, follow the steps outlined below:

• Visit the official website, sofworld.org results.

• Find and click the 'Results' option on the homepage.

• A login window will appear on your screen. Select ISSO to check SOF GK result 2024.

• Now, insert the students' roll numbers in the relevant areas as follows: "YourSchoolCode-Class-Section-RollNo." For example, AN0006-11-D-005.

• Solve the captcha and enter the answer in the provided space.

• Then, select the "View Result" option.

• SOF ISSO Result 2024 will be displayed on the screen, along with the student's scores and personal information.

• Save the SOF Olympiad ISSO results 2024-25 and print it out.

ISSO Awards/ Scholarships 2024

During the academic year 2023-24, SOF allocated more than Rs. 24 Crores for awards, scholarships, gifts, and other forms of recognition. The subsequent awards and scholarships will be granted to the winners of the SOF International Social Studies Olympiad, which is scheduled to take place in the academic year 2024-25.

ISSO Awards/ Scholarships

Awards and scholarships for International, Zonal, and Class toppers will be granted to the winners of the SOF ISSO competition. The ISSO is a single-level examination designed for students in grades 3 through 10.

Each winner will receive one award or scholarship per examination. Winners will qualify only for the highest level of award or scholarship available. For instance, the top three rank holders at the International level will receive awards or scholarships corresponding to their International standings. Any awards or scholarships associated with their Zonal ranks will be allocated to the next highest rank holder. Likewise, any Class topper awards or scholarships that are due to a Zonal award winner will be passed on to the next rank holder.

Should two or more students attain the same international ranking, the cash award or scholarship in the relevant category will be allocated as follows:

For up to ten students sharing the same rank, the award or scholarship amount will be divided equally among them. Furthermore, each recipient will receive a medal (in the relevant category) along with a Certificate.

If eleven or more students achieve the same rank, instead of a cash award or scholarship, each recipient will be granted gifts valued at Rs. 1,000/- along with a medal (in the relevant category) and a Certificate.

If two or more students attain the same Zonal rank, the distribution of cash awards or scholarships in the relevant category will proceed as follows:

For up to five students sharing the same rank, the award or scholarship amount will be divided equally among them. Furthermore, each recipient will receive a medal (in the relevant category) along with a Certificate.

If six or more students achieve the same rank, instead of a cash award or scholarship, each recipient will be granted gifts valued at Rs.1,000/- each, in addition to a medal (in the relevant category) and a Certificate.

For both single-level and two-level examinations, a Medal of Distinction and a Certificate of Distinction will be awarded for performance at the first level, while Zonal medals and Certificates of Zonal Excellence will be conferred for performance at the second level.

ISSO Awards- Medals to School/Class Toppers

• All students scoring 100% marks

• For 5 to 9 students writing the exam/class – Gold Medal of Excellence to the top rank holder in class

• For 10 to 25 students writing the exam/class – Gold Medal of Excellence to top 3 rank holders

• For more than 25 students writing the exam/class – Gold Medal of Excellence to the top 10% rank holders in class

Student Performance Report (SPR) for Each Participating Student

Each student participating in the SOF ISSO will receive a Student Performance Report (SPR). The SPR offers a comprehensive evaluation of the student's performance during the SOF ISSO examination. Its purpose is to provide both the student and their parents with an analysis of the student's responses. This report aims to help the student identify their strengths and areas that need enhancement, both in absolute terms and in comparison to the vast number of students who took part in the Olympiad.

Student Performance Report (SPR) consists of five sections:

Section A – provides the student’s marks and rank achieved in the School / City / Zone / Region / International level.

Section B – provides a past Year-wise analysis of the student.

Section C – provides a percentage score analysis of the student with a comparison at Class, City, Zone, and International levels.

Section D – provides a comparison of average marks analysis at the School, City, Zone, and International levels.

Section E – provides a Topic-wise performance analysis of the student.
