The Indian Olympiad Qualifier in Mathematics (IOQM) 2025 is one of the most prestigious mathematics examinations for high school students in India. The IOQM Exam has been organised by the Homi Bhabha Centre for Science Education (HBCSE) on behalf of the National Board for Higher Mathematics (NBHM), which functions under the Department of Atomic Energy (DAE), Government of India. The IOQM 2025 paper followed the standard Olympiad pattern. The distribution was as follows:
There will be 30 questions in total.
The IOQM Questions will test knowledge in Algebra, Number Theory, Geometry, Combinatorics, and Arithmetic.
The first 15 questions were comparatively easier, which aimed at building confidence.
The next 15 will require deeper problem-solving and creative thinking.
There is no negative marking in the IOQM Exam.
IOQM answer key 2025 is released in two sections. First, the IOQM tentative answer key is released very soon after the test so that the students can give objections. Then the final IOQM answer key is released after the assessment of all the objections. Students can match the IOQM answer with the official key and calculate the expected score.

To write PRMO exam you born on or after Aug 1,2000 and studying in 8,9,10,11 or 12 are eligible to write PRMO Exam.Further candidate must be a Indian.

Sudhanshu, the cutoff of PRMO varies every year and it also differs from state to state. Upto 300 students from class 8 to 11 and about 60 students from class 12 are selected for the next round from each state/ region. Please mention your region so that I can answer you specifically.
Otherwise you can also go through the past years' cutoff for each region for PRMO (2019 and 2018) from the given link: https://school.careers360.com/articles/prmo-result/amp
For your reference, the highest cutoff marks for classes 8 to 11 was 38 for Andhra Pradesh followed by 28 from Telangana whereas the cutoff for Manipur, Meghalaya, Nagaland and Tripura was 2 marks. Hope it helps.
No, you have not qualified PRMO this year. As the marks that you have scored in the exam is 10 and the cutoff of Class 12th for KVS region is 13 marks.
