Try and keep your gadgets away, including any phones and tabs (unless you have study material on your computer). Inhale deeply and make an effort to collect your thoughts! Especially the night before the exam, it would probably be advisable to avoid consuming a large amount of carbohydrates that will just cause you to crash and go to sleep. It's probably wise to refrain from consuming too much coffee as well. For the best brain function, consume enough water. Choose fruits. You can stay alert and concentrate longer with an apple than with coffee. It is nutrient-rich and richer in natural sugars.
