The Maharashtra Direct Benefit Transfer (MahaDBT) Scholarship 2024-25 has been commenced on July 25, 2024. Last date for Application Acceptance (New/Renewal) for A.Y. 24-25 is March 31, 2025. The MahaDBT portal 2024-25 is an online platform that allows students in Maharashtra to apply for various scholarship programs. Previously, the MahaDBT portal 2024-25 was known as the Aaple Sarkar portal. Citizens can apply for the MahaDBT registration through the online website, mahadbt.maharashtra.gov.in.

A total of 8 state departments offer the post-matric scholarship program of MahaDBT to students from economically backward classes. Students with Maharashtra domicile are eligible for the MahaDBT scholarship 2024-25. They must fill out the MahaDBT application form and submit it before the last date. Students should be admitted to professional Courses.


Students should be the scholarship holder of Government of India


The limit of income will be applicable as per the Government of India scholarship scheme i.e. annual income limit less than or equal to 2.5 lac


Students who are studying in the professional curriculum and residing in a Hostel (Government. or Institutes Hostel or outside).

Hosteller

i) Course duration between 4 to 5 years: 700/- Rs per month (Rs 7000 PA.)

ii) Course duration between 2 to 3 years: 500/- Rs per month (Rs 5000 PA.)

iii) Course duration bellow 2 years: 500/- Rs per month (Rs 5000 PA.)


Day scholars

i) Course duration between 4 to 5 years: 1000/- Rs per month (Rs 10000 PA.)

ii) Course duration between 2 to 3 years: 700/- Rs per month (Rs 7000 PA.)

iii) Course duration bellow 2 years: 500/- Rs per month (Rs 5000 PA.)

Rajarshi Chhatrapati Shahu Maharaj Merit Scholarship

The student must secure 75% or more than 75% marks in class 10th.

Students must be studying on the 11th or 12th.

The student shall belong to SC

Rs. 300 per month for 10 months for two years. i.e. in the 11th and 12th Std.

Post-Matric Scholarship for persons with disability

Students should be disabled. (40% or above)

The student should be Studying in a recognized University or Recognized institute.

Vocational Training Fee reimbursement for students belonging to SC category students

Admission is taken through the PPP scheme in Government Skill Development Institutes or Private Institute and admitted through the central Online Admission Process.

No scholarship for Management Quota Admission

Students should belong to the Scheduled Caste Category (SC Category) and should provide a caste certificate.

The overall Family Income Limit should be Rs.8.00 lacs

Orphan candidate requires a Recommendation Letter.

Candidate should not have taken any benefit for a course previously from Government or Private ITI.

Candidate should not have taken any benefit from a training program sponsored by State / Central Government / Department / Local Body / Company or Corporation.

Domicile of Maharashtra.

Admission taken for DGT, New Delhi or MSCVT approved courses.

Attendance criteria is mandatory.

Candidates need to attend each semester /annual exam. If any medical emergency then after recommendation by the institute Regional Joint Director should certify or recommend.

Non Satisfactory educational progress due to misconduct- Failure in academic year, not fulfilling attendance criteria if found then the candidate will not be eligible for the scholarship.

SSC Pass and Family income Less than or equal to 2,50,000 then As Per GOI scholarship.

SSC Pass and Family income above 2,50,000 to Less than or up to 8,00,000 Lakh then 100 % reimbursement of Course Fee.

Students enrolled in Graduation/Post graduation from arts, science or commerce stream.

Family Income should be up to Rs.8 lakhs

Scholarship Scheme for State Minority Communities Pursuing Higher Professional Education/All Post H.S.C Courses

Students should have passed SSC from Maharashtra.

The student should be a”Bonafide Student of the Institute” and admitted for Professional and Technical courses (Diploma / Graduation / Post Graduation Degree)

For Technical Course - Maximum Rs 25,000/- Per Annum or Actual Tuition Fees whichever is less.
