Eligibility Criteria for NIOS are :- A Candidate who has passed class 8th and must have a valid proof of attaining 14 years of age , can apply for registration to the secondary course.
Admission Procedure :-

may visit their nearest AI (study center)/Facilitation Centre and take their help for On-line registration.
may visit their Regional Centre for on line.
Fill the application form
Then submit after completing the details .
Document required for registration are :- Aadhar card , Passport or another identification card.
For proof of date of Birth , obtain a birth certificate
Water bill / Electricity bill
Signature Authentication ( Prefer black ink )
Color passport picture was taken recently
Student seeking NIOS 10th or secondary program should submit there class 8th marks sheet.
PWD candidates must have secondary certificate .
