NTSE scholarship amount for class 11 & 12th students is Rs. 1250/- per month and Rs. 2000/- for UG & PG candidates.
As per the NTSE eligibility criteria, Students studying in Class 10th from any recognized school are eligible to appear for the NTSE Stage 1 conducted at state-level. Students who qualify the stage 1 exam will be called for stage 2 exam. Candidates will receive the scholarship amount after qualifying both stages.
A total of 3000 students will be selected to award the scholarship. There will be a separate state/ UT quota. The State quota is calculated on the basis of student enrolment at the secondary level with a minimum of 10 for UTs and 25 for states.
