KVPY 2015 Exam Pattern : As per the official Exam Pattern of KVPY, the test consists of 120 questions to be answered by the students. The KVPY 2015 is a two stage selection procedure- Aptitude Test and Interview.  After scrutinizing students as per the eligibility criteria, they are shortlisted and called for the written aptitude test which is based on KVPY 2015 Exam Pattern.

The KVPY test is based on a paper-pencil format which is conducted in two languages i.e English and Hindi at different centre across the country to select students for KVPY fellowship/scholarship. It is important for the students to prepare and practice as per the KVPY 2015 Exam Pattern and syllabus.

The aptitude test does not follow any prescribed KVPY 2015 Syllabus, but students are tested as per the syllabus of class X/XII/First year of B.Sc./B.S./B.Stat./B.Math./Int, M.Sc./M.S as applicable. Eligible students are evaluated on the basis of their analytical ability compared to his/her factual knowledge. 

After the test, shortlisted students are called for the interview round and on the basis of the performance the list of final selected students or awardees are declared by the KVPY exam conducting body.

The KVPY Sample Paper along with KVPY Answer Keys of the year 2014 is available to download. The sample paper provides an insight about the KVPY aptitude test questions, scores and exam pattern. Each year the aptitude test cutoff for both general and SC/ST/PWD candidates is declared by KVPY. The following is last year’s cutoff list, which can be used as guidance for this year’s cutoff list.

The KVPY 2015 fellowship grants under  its various categories by the Department of Science and Technology is given in the table below. These amounts of scholarships to the students are provided until their pre-Ph.D level:

what is kvpy and SCB in IISER exam

IISER Admission process shall be weighted on 3 phases - SCB (State and Central Boards Channel), KVPY exam (Kishor Vaigyanik Protsahan Yojana) & JEE Advanced exam . Students are free to register for all the 3 exams but they should be fulfilling the eligibility criteria of each exam they are registering.

when the result of kvpyc will out

Greetings!

Kvpy results has not been declared yet but yes IISc Bangalore will declare the KVPY 2019 result in the second week of December 2019 at kvpy.iisc.ernet.in but exact dates are not clear yet. You need to enter your application number and date of birth to check the result of KVPY 2019. The details of students, qualifying status, scores obtained by them will be mentioned on the KVPY result 2019. Kishore Vaigyanik Protsahan Yojana 2019 was held on November 3, 2019. If you manage to qualify the KVPY aptitude test 2019 then you will be eligible for interviews, to be held in the 2nd week of January 2020. how many student appeared in KVPY 2019

Yes I'll give you a mere idea. So nearly around 50 thousand students appeared for the Kishore Vaigyanik Protasahan Yojana SA stream. Out of which nearly 1-1.5 thousand students are selected. Numbers of the students vary each year so as the cutoffs are the cutoff depend on various factors like number of candidates appearing and also the paper level, etc.

when will the result of KVPY stream SA 2019 be announced?

Greetings!

Actually exact dates has not been declared yet but it is expected that the result of KVPY 2019 will be declared in the 2nd week of December 2019. You will have to enter your hall ticket number to access the result. If you manage to obtain the cutoff marks then you will be called for the Interview. After the interviews, final merit list will be released.
