KVPY 2014 Syllabus- There is no prescribed Syllabus of KVPY, and students are evaluated on the basis of syllabus of class X/XII/First year of B.Sc./B.S./B.Stat./B.Math./Int. M.Sc./M.S as applicable. The aptitude test is available in both the pattern – computer-based and paper-pen formats – with 80 questions for SA stream and 120 questions for SB/SX stream to answer as per KVPY 2014 Syllabus.

The KVPY 2014 is a two stage selection procedure- Aptitude Test and Interview, with no prescribed KVPY 2014 Syllabus. After scrutinizing students as per the eligibility criteria, they are shortlisted and called for the written aptitude test. According to KVPY 2014 Exam Pattern, the KVPY aptitude test is available in two languages – English and Hindi.

The KVPY aptitude test is conducted at different centres throughout the country to select students for KVPY fellowship. The aptitude test does not follow any prescribed KVPY 2014 Syllabus, but students are tested as per the syllabus of class X/XII/First year of B.Sc./B.S./B.Stat./B.Math./Int, M.Sc./M.S as applicable. Eligible students are evaluated for more of their analytical ability rather than factual knowledge.
Students who wish to pursue their education in India in the following undergraduate courses are eligible for the KVPY programme:
Basic Sciences subjects- B.Sc./B.S./B.Stat./B.Math./Int. M.Sc./M.S. in Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics, Statistics, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Cell Biology, Ecology, Molecular Biology, Botany, Zoology, Physiology, Biotechnology, Neurosciences, Bioinformatics, Marine Biology, Geology, Human Biology, Genetics, Biomedical Sciences, Applied Physics, Geophysics, Materials Science or Environmental Science.

The Kishore Vaigyanik Protsahan Yojana (KVPY) is an on-going National Program of Fellowship in Basic Sciences, initiated and funded by the Department of Science and Technology, Government of India, to attract exceptionally highly motivated students for pursuing basic science courses and research career in science.

In the official website of KVPY you can check out the the releasing date of application form of KVPY 2021. You just have to fill up the form and register yourself and then you can give the examination on the date. Yes it is also valid for class 12.

Additional cut-off criteria for marks obtained in 10+2 board examination is also applicable. so your last year kvpy score is not valid for academic session of 2020-2021.
