The All India Senior School Certificate Examination (AISSCE) is a yearly examination held at the conclusion of each academic year by the CBSE board. The exam is conducted every year to determine the student's performance studying in class 12th. The results of the AISSCE exams are used to determine college admissions for undergraduate programmes. Students studying in CBSE affiliated schools and who are between the ages of 16 and 18 prepare for the All India Senior School Certificate (Examination) for a period of two years.

The Importance of AISSCE

AISSCE is an exam that every student must take in order to be considered for admission to a college or higher education institution. Let's have a look at how important AISSCE is for class 12 students:

  • Maintains Consistency

Because AISSCE is a mandatory exam for all students in class 12, it instills a feeling of unity in the school's curriculum. Furthermore, because all CBSE-affiliated schools use NCERT textbooks, students who must change schools on a frequent basis do not suffer academically.

Help is also easily available with a consistent and structured curriculum. According to CBSE, AISSCE is open to students from both affiliated and non-affiliated schools.

  • Compressed Structure

The AISSCE curriculum has a well-structured and relatively simple syllabus. After the 10th grade, the disciplines are split to meet the needs of students in various streams. Additionally, the NCERT textbooks used for the AISSCE exams are well-written.

The fundamental ideas are thoroughly discussed. Furthermore, there are questions to help students put what they've learned in the chapters into practice. As a result, students will have prepared for competitive tests while studying for the AISSCE.

  • Prepare Well

Students are ignorant of the examination's actual setting when studying for AISSCE, which adds to the sense of surprise. It motivates students to study more diligently, cover all areas, and be well-prepared in general. The AISSCE's consistency and restrictions teach students the value of being on time and doing well under pressure.

AISSCE Results

AISSCE results are usually released in May. The success rate of students has been discovered to be about 80%. The results of the main examination, revaluation, and compartment examinations is announced as early as possible, so that students can appear in the entrance tests for admission to higher educational institutions.
