The Central Board of Secondary Education has released the final CBSE board exam time table 2025 for theory exams on November 20, 2024. The CBSE final board exam time table 2025 PDF has been published on the official website - cbse.gov.in. The CBSE board will conduct the CBSE Class 10 exams from February 15 to March 18, 2025, while the CBSE Class 12 exams (written) will be held from February 15 to April 4, 2025. CBSE Practical Exam Date 2025 Announced

The Central Board of Secondary Education is administering the practical exams for the winter-bound schools. The CBSE practical exams for winter-bound schools commenced on November 5 and ended on December 5, 2024. The CBSE practicals for all other CBSE-affiliated schools in India and abroad will commence on January 1, 2025.

November 21, 2024: CBSE 12 Date Sheet Out in 86 days Advance

This year, the CBSE released the date sheets for its 10th and 12th board exams 86 days in advance, a 23-day improvement over the previous year. This early release will provide ample time for students to prepare for their board exams effectively.

The CBSE has ensured that there is a sufficient gap between exams for students, considering their diverse subject combinations. The board has also taken into account the dates of various entrance exams and has scheduled the CBSE board exams to conclude well in advance, allowing students to effectively prepare for both.

To minimize exam clashes, the board has carefully crafted the CBSE date sheet, avoiding more than 40,000 potential subject combinations. All CBSE 10, 12 exams will commence at 10:30 AM (IST).

November 20, 2024: CBSE Board Exam Date Sheet 2025 OUT

The Central Board of Secondary Education released the CBSE Class 10th and 12th date sheet on November 20, 2024. The board exams are set to commence on February 15, 2025, for written papers and will conclude on April 4, 2025, for the 12th Class, while for 10th standard the board exams will conclude on March 18, 2025.

The CBSE board has released the detailed PDF for the CBSE theory exam for all subjects in online mode. Students can download the CBSE class 10 time table 2025 and the CBSE board time table 2025 for the 12th class through a single PDF file. Students who will be appearing for the CBSE 10th board examination 2025 have to clear the CBSE pre-board exams. The CBSE practical exams will be held for class 12 students who opt for optional subjects like computer science, botany, zoology, physics, chemistry, biology, accountancy, etc. The CBSE practical exams will be taken by external examiners and the students appearing for the 12th board exam must attend it.

CBSE Marking Scheme 2025

Students appearing for the class 10th and 12th board exams must know about the CBSE 2025 marking scheme and exam paper pattern. This will help students to comprehensively understand and prepare for the CBSE board exam 2025. Students must note that there is no negative marking for the CBSE 2025 board exams.
