About Telangana Intermediate Board 2024

Telangana State Board of Intermediate Education, commonly known as TSBIE is an academic board set up for conducting and regulating intermediate study and examinations in the state. The TS Intermediate board exam 2024 will be held from February 28 to March 19 in the morning shift, 9 AM to 12 noon. Here are the major highlights of the TS intermediate 2024 exams.

  • The Telangana State Board of Intermediate Education (TSBIE) has released the Telangana State Intermediate result 2024 for 1st year and 2nd Year on April 24, 2024 at 11 am.
  • Students who are not satisfied with their results can apply for revaluation after the declaration of the TS Inter results. The TS Inter revaluation application will start on April 25 and end on May 2, 2024
  • The revaluation result of the TS inter 2024 exams will be announced in July 2024.
  • The supplementary exams will be conducted from May 24, 2024 onwards.
  • Students who appear for TS intermediate 2024 supplementary exams will be able to check their marks in August 2024.
  • After that, TS Inter supply results 2024 will be declared in July 2024.
  • Telangana Inter time table 2024 was released on December 28, 2023. The TS inter 2nd year exams will be held from February 29 to March 19,  2024.
  • Students who applied for TS inter 2024 exams received their TS inter hall ticket 2024 from their respective schools.
  • The admit card of Telangana Inter 2024 consists of the student's name, roll number, information about the examination centre and exam schedule.
  • Students can access TS intermediate result 2024 by entering their hall ticket number.

Telangana Intermediate Board 2024 Eligibility Criteria

To apply for TS Intermediate exams 2024, students will have to meet the minimum requirements set by TSBIE. Some major eligibility conditions of TS inter 2024 are listed below:

  • He/she must have passed the 11th class in a school affiliated with TSBIE or a board recognised by TSBIE.
  • The student must have enrolled in class 12 in a school recognised by TSBIE.
  • He/she must have attained the minimum required attendance in class 12.
  • The student must have submitted his/her application form for appearing in TS intermediate exams 2024 and also paid the fees before the last date.

Telangana Intermediate Board 2024 Application Process

Mode of Application : Offline

  • Students who want to appear for the TS intermediate 2024 exams must fill the application form which is available on the official website of TSBIE.
  • Students can download the form and fill it offline with all the required details.
  • The completely filled Telangana intermediate 2024 application form must be submitted to the school in which the student is enrolled.
  • The examination fee should also be submitted along with the application form.

Knowing the exam pattern of TS intermediate 2024 is very important as it helps students to prepare better. The exam pattern for TS inter 2024 exams can be broadly divided into four categories, as given below:

Subjects with maximum marks - 100 marks and duration - 3 hours

  • English, optional languages (viz., Telugu, Hindi, Sanskrit, Urdu, Arabic, French, Tamil, Kannada, Oriya, Marathi), Commerce, Economics, Civics, History, Geology, Home Science, Logic, Public administration, Sociology and Psychology.

Subjects with maximum marks - 75 marks and duration - 3 hours

Subjects with maximum marks - 60 marks and duration - 3 hours

  • Physics, Chemistry, Botany and Zoology.

Subjects with maximum marks - 50 marks and duration - 3 hours

  • Music.

  • A student must practice solving the sample papers to ace TS intermediate 2024 exams.
  • Practising the sample papers is beneficial as it makes the student understand the standard of questions asked in TS inter 2024 exams.

subjects in MEC group are maths, economics and commerce.

mathematics syllabus is:

for 1A, Functions, Matrix, addition of vectors, vector products, trignometric rations up to transformation, hyperbolic equations, properties of triangle.

For 1B, locus, transformation of axis, straight lines, pair of straight lines, three dimensional co-ordinates, direction cosines and direction ratios, the plane, limits and continuity, differentiation and application of derivatives.

Economics syllabus is:

unit 1: Introduction to economics ( definitions of economics, fundamental problems of an economy, nature and scope of economics, micro and macro economics, basic concepts of economics (including positive and normative economics)).

According to the press release it was provided that, the intermediate board of Telangana Government, will award grace marks to those candidates who payed the exam fee and were absent for the exams, due to various reasons. The statements were given by the government of Telangana in lieu of COVID - 19 protocol.
