Vidya Global School, Meerut, Celebrates National Postal Day

Vidya Global School, recently celebrated National Postal Day to recognise the contributions made by the Indian Postal Service over the course of more than 150 years. This year’s theme for Indian Postal Day was 'Post for Planet'. Several activities were held to increase students' understanding of the significance of postal workers day. Students watched interactive documentaries about the history of the post and sent heartfelt thank-you notes to their relatives on postcards that they had written themselves. These exercises on the occasion of national postal worker day were intended to imprint students' minds with the rich history of postal services and their evolution over time.

Vidya Global School, Meerut recently held an intra-school swimming competition. Students from grades 3 to 10 enthusiastically participated in the event and demonstrated their swimming abilities. They were chosen for the trials based on their performance, and they were divided into age groups according to that performance.
