    JSTSE 2024-25 Eligibility Criteria

    Students may apply for the Junior Science Talent Search Examination 2024–2025 if they meet the eligibility requirements listed below:

    • He/She should be enrolled in Class 9 during the academic year 2024-25, attending a government, government-aided, or recognized private school, whether aided or unaided.

    • The student should have successfully completed their Class 8 examinations during the academic year 2022-23 and obtained a minimum of 65% marks.

    • There is no minimum annual income limit applicable for JSTSE 2024-25.

    • There are no provisions for relaxation in minimum marks for SC/ST/PH/OBC/EWS category students.

    JSTSE 2024-25 Application Form

    An application form for this exam can be found online in the form of a PDF file. Interested students can download the JSTSE 2024-25 registration forms from the official website. Through the respective schools, applications will be accepted in an offline mode.

    How to Fill JSTSE Application Form 2024-25?

    • Students must print out three copies of the application form.

    • Every student is required to complete three forms.

    • Next, they should provide the necessary documents in the attachment.

    • After that, submit the JSTSE 2024–25 application forms to the respective school authority.

    • Before the deadline, which is expected to fall in the last week of September 2024, school officials will attest the application form and submit the same DEO (Science Branch).

    JSTSE 2024-25 Syllabus

    JSTSE exam 2024-25 does not have a prescribed syllabus. Nevertheless, the difficulty level of the exam is based on the level of class 9 students. The questions are based on the NCERT class 9 syllabus. The JSTSE 2024-25 will consist of two papers. The first paper will consist of general knowledge questions, while the second paper will include questions from science and mathematics. JSTSE examinations 2024-25 do not have negative marking and the exam will last 200 minutes from 10am to 1:20pm. The PH students will be given 30 extra minutes.
