International English Olympiad (IEO) 2014 - International English Olympiad (IEO), a national level scholarship/fellowship/Olympiad programme, is conducted by Science Olympiad Foundation (SOF) to motivate children towards English education.
IEO exam is held every year by SOF, a non-profit organization, to popularize English education among school students.
IEO Level 1 is held on two dates every year. Any of the two dates can be selected by schools for conducting the exam as per their suitability. For both the exam dates, different question papers are prepared.
SOF, recently, declared to conduct IEO 2014 on Jan 20 and Jan 29, 2015.
IEO will be conducted in two stages – Stage 1 and Stage 2, according to IEO marking scheme and paper pattern declared by SOF.
SOF has also declared revised paper pattern and marking scheme for IEO to be held in upcoming months.

IEO 2014 Application Form - For IEO, students are registered through their respective schools only. The complete IEO Application Form of students is sent by the schools registered with SOF to the foundation by the due date every year. A minimum of 10 students can be registered by every school.
By the due form submission date, schools also send a copy of the students' Roll Numbers generated as per SOF guidelines, Registration Sheet (SRS) and School Registration Form (SRF) to the Foundation.
IEO 2014 Eligibility Criteria - Students studying in Class 2 to Class 12 are eligible for IEO, as per the IEO Eligibility Criteria. Schools sends duly filled application forms of their respective eligible students to the SOF.
IEO 2014 Selection Process - IEO is conducted in two levels. Level 1, a written objective-type test comprising questions from various domains, is conducted at the schools during school hours. Top 5% of candidates from every class in the merit list of Level 1 exam are called for Level 2 exam. The students who qualify the Level 2 round are shortlisted for IEO scholarship/fellowship.
IEO 2014 Paper Pattern - Level 1: Participants appear in a written objective-type test of 60 minutes duration carrying 35 multiple-choice questions of 40 marks for class 2 to class 4 and 50 multiple-choice questions of 60 marks for class 5 to class 12. Question paper carries questions from Word & Structure Knowledge Reading, Spoken & Written Expression and Achiever's Section.

Premlatha, there is a certain cut off that you need to score for being shortlisted for Stage 2. Anything that you score above the cut off is as good as scoring just the cut off marks. Your 1st level score is good for Level 1 only and not for Level 2. For example, lets say if the cut off was 50% and you scored 100%, your 100% is only good for Phase 1 and cannot be taken forward for Phase 2. You need to score again the required cut off for Phase 2 also. There is no carry forward option.
international english olympiad exam answer key for set c should be released on third week of november, 2020 tentatively. however there is no fixed date. You may follow careers360 website for latest updates.
