Delhi Public School (DPS), Mysore, Students Participate In All India Thal Sainik National Camp

Delhi Public School (DPS), Mysore, two NCC cadets recently participated in the All India Thal Sainik National Camp, Delhi. The two cadets—Company Sergeant Major (CSM), Purab Gowda A. and Sergeant Keerthna S. who belong to 13 Kar Battalion NCC Mysore were part of the training .Out of the 17 NCC Directorates that were present at the camp, CSM Purab Gowda A. won the bronze medal in the snap firing division. Karnataka and Goa Directorate placed third at the All India Thal Sainik Camp.

Delhi Public School (DPS), Mysore recently celebrated National Teacher’s Day. The festivities got underway with messages from the Members Board of Management and Pro-Vice Chairman, K. Rahman Khan. Manju Sharma, director principal, gave a speech to the teachers in which she encouraged them and expressed her gratitude for their dedication to the kids' development as good citizens and future members of society. Senior students then held a poignant and entertaining assembly. Teachers relished a game of Tambola after savouring a mouthwatering variety of food. It was a day full of thought-provoking conversation, camaraderie, and fun.
