Delhi World Public School, Ghaziabad, Organises Literary Week

Delhi World Public School, Ghaziabad, recently organised ‘Literary Week’ for the students of Classes 1 to 12 from September 19 to September 23, 2022. As part of literary week celebrations, the students took part in a variety of activities. They combined language learning with the arts through ‘poster making’, ‘bookmaking’, and ‘door decoration’. Students participated in these activities by conducting research and using their knowledge in a number of ways. The programme also included a dedicated ‘DEAR’ period (Drop Everything and Read), during which the students chose a book from the library to read and then expressed their opinions and thoughts on the narrative page. Senior students showed their love of the arts and literature through graffiti.

Delhi World Public School, Ghaziabad, recently organised ‘ACT SMART India’ workshop in collaboration with CSRBOX, Delhi, for students of classes 6 to 12. The session was themed around the contemporary topics of peer pressure, bullying, and underage drinking in mind. CSRBOX remarkable initiative, helped both the students and the teachers to expand their learning horizons. Students showed great energy and excitement for the training.
