Ashok K. Chauhan established the Amity International School in Gurgaon's Sector-46 in 2003. The school is associated with the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE). An excursion to the historically known as ‘Kaushal Shaad'’ dry water reservoir near the ‘Shanidev temple’ in Badshahpur was recently organised by Amity International School, Sector-46, Gurugram. 20 students went to the reservoir as a part of the "Save Water" initiative and were taught how water is supplied during the dry season and stored in the reservoirs during the rainy season. The expedition was designed to educate students about the need of maintaining the reservoir. The children tidied up the area so that rainwater could be collected during the monsoon season.
