The Common Application Form (CAF) is available through the official portals - samsodisha.gov.in or sme.odisha.gov.in. Odisha CHSE Admissions into various streams of Higher Secondary Schools (HSS) are granted on a merit basis. Odisha Class 11 Admissions 2024-25 - Common Application Form Details

• There will be one Common Prospectus (CP) and Common Application Form (CAF) for admission to any stream of any Higher Secondary Schools affiliated with CHSE, Odisha.

• Online applications for admission to Class 11 are invited through the Common Application Form.

• The CAF will only be available through the official websites - samsodisha.gov.in and sme.odisha.gov.in.

• An applicant has to choose a minimum of five higher secondary schools as the preference of choice in her/his CAF. He/she can add more than five choices of higher secondary schools as well as per preference.

Odisha 11th Admissions 2024-25 - Steps to Apply Online

The applicants can follow the steps given below to fill up the Common Application Form for admission into CHSE Odisha 11th Class:

• Go to the official website, samsodisha.gov.in

• Click on the Higher Secondary School (+2) link under the School & Mass Education banner.

• Click on the ‘New Student Registration’ button.

• Enter the name of the student, mobile number & email ID in the appropriate fields

• Click on the ‘Generate OTP’ button.

• An OTP will be received on the mobile number provided. The applicant has to enter the OTP in the appropriate field. The applicant also has to set a password and reconfirm the same in the box showing on the screen.

• The applicant has to now log in to SAMS portal using the same details, i.e., mobile number and password.

• Click on the ‘Application Form’ link in the left menu, to access the online Common Application Form Odisha 11th.

• The applicant has to fill out the asked details in CAF such as, Year of passing 10th, roll number, exam type, name of the board etc. The applicants who are have passed from the BSE, Odisha board need not submit these details as they will be automatically displayed on the screen.

• Students also have to select a minimum of 5 schools as per their preference.

• For online verification of the Caste certificate, put the Caste Certificate Barcode/Misc. Case Number issued from Odisha e-District Application. Fill in all the details in the CAF.

• Click on the ‘Apply’ button to submit the application.

• The applicant will now be redirected to the CAF fee payment portal. Using options such as - debit card, credit card, Net Banking, UPI etc. payment can be completed. Take a screenshot of the payment receipt screen for future reference.

SAMS Odisha Class 11 Admissions 2024-25 - Admission Process

• After the Common Application Form dates are closed, SAMS Odisha will make a merit list of selected candidates.

• The merit list is prepared based on marks secured in 10th std, weightage and reservation (if applicable).

• Applicants selected for Class 11 Odisha admission will have to download their ‘Intimation Letter’ from their SAMS e-Space Login and look for the selected Higher secondary school (HSS) along with the date/time of admission mentioned.

• Applicant must produce all original documents as mentioned in the intimation letter for verification at the selected Higher Secondary School.

• They have to pay the requisite admission fees to secure their seat.

Odisha Class 11 Admissions 2024-25 - Intimation Letter

An applicant, if selected, will be given only one confirmed seat according to her/his choice of preferences in CAF in the intimation letter. The Intimation letter for Odisha 11th e-Admissions will be communicated through the following four modes:

• Student e-space (www.samsodisha.gov.in)

• SMS on the registered mobile number

• Whatsapp on the registered mobile number

• Selected Higher Secondary School e-space

SAMS Odisha 11th Admissions - Document Verification Process

• Verification and validation of the filled-in CAF and the admission-related documents will be done at the time of admission to the selected Higher Secondary school (HSS).

• The HSS will validate the Applicant CAF copy submitted by the applicant during the time of admission by comparing the information on it with the relevant original documents.

• Candidates have to produce an original HSC mark sheet and certificate in support of Reservation and Weightage (mandatory) along with a photocopy at the time of admission.

• Final admission will be provided after successful completion of the document verification process and payment of admission fees and other charges.

Note - No original document is to be deposited with Higher Secondary School authority except SLC, Conduct and Migration Certificate.
