31000 is written as ‘Thirty-One Thousand’ in words. Let us say that we bought a table and it costs us ₹31,000. Then we would say that the table we bought is worth thirty-one thousand rupees.
We use the place value chart to identify the place for every digit in a number. After identifying every digit’s place value, we read the digit with the place value.
On creating a place value chart for 31000:-

A number not divisible by 2 is known as an odd number.
A number having more than 2 factors is called a composite number.
Any number that can be expressed as the multiplication of any other integer is known as a perfect square number.
A number is divisible by 2 when the last digit of the number is 0,2,4,6,8.
A number is divisible by 3 when the sum of the digits of the number is divisible by 3.
Any number divisible by 2 is divisible by 4.
Any number having the last digit as 0 or 5 is divisible by 5.
31000 is an even number divisible by 2.
31000 is also a composite number as it has more than 2 factors.
31000 is not a prime number as it is divisible by many numbers.
Interestingly, 31000 is neither a perfect square number nor a perfect cube number.
