Introduction

10 is written as “Ten” in words in the English Language. Numbers in the form of words can be written with the help of the English alphabet. Early humans used different symbols to show numbers as ancient farmers, traders, and merchants make use of tally marks to show quantities, where a standing line is drawn for four consecutive counts and every fifth count is shown by cutting off the four lines.
