Solution:
Given expression: 10000 + 1200
10000+1200=11200
So, the value of 10000 + 1200 is 11200.
As a result, 11200 in words is written as eleven thousand two hundred.
Example 2: Find the value of Eleven thousand two hundred minus eight thousand and write it in words.
Solution:
Twenty-eight thousand = 11200
Eight thousand = 8,000
Eleven thousand two hundred minus eight thousand
11200-8000=3200
Therefore, the value of eleven thousand two hundred minus eight thousand is three thousand two hundred in words.
