Through government college
Here you can apply for bsc by clearing any gov exam like if you are in UP so you have to give UPCET, CUET, NEET or many more entrance exams and almost all the exams have done yet and right now only councelling is going on .like if you have participated in councelling of any exam so just wait may be you can get a seat by a mop up round and if there is free seats available.
Through Private Colleges
Some of them merit based system also. So you have go there and have to find if there is admission are open and if there is free seats available.
